A building in bad condition..many errors..the condition of the bathroom is miserable..water falling from the pipes..air conditioning problems..either heat or water falling..a lot of problem in the walls..Covered with a thin layer of paint.. it appears on the bubbles shape. As for the people in SBK, they are fraudsters.. They cover the errors in such a way as to hide the real situation from the client.. Everyone who deals with them from maintenance to cleaning to security follows SBK to give uncomfortable situations. The apartment was not the comfortable place that the house is supposed to be .. In addition to psychological pressure and exhaustion in dealing with unprofessional people at work and dealing with the tenant.

I wonder when Civil Defence will give you a huge fine for balconies like this. Will catch fire in seconds.

Building is good, but the traffic it's just horrible!!! More than 30min approach.
