A great place to stroll in morning or evening at Kochi. Looked beautiful, the iconic rain bow bridge looked great & attractive. A lot of Malls with branded shops were nearby. I bought a woodland Jacket but it had little breathing clothe. We enjoyed the walking at the walkway of the drive. Spent time at the malls around, really enjoyed the coconut water at the street vendor.

Truly a ultra luxury project by Sobha. The experience center is more than just a mock apartment... It showcases why Sobha stands out as one of the best builders in India. The details of construction are mentioned and displayed as an exhibit for viewers to appreciate. The mock apartment is glorious with an enormous area with minimalistic and classy furnishing. A good experience overall.. and a good way to market Sobha.

It's an amazing place to spend time with your friends family or better etc, options for jogging, site seeing, fishing, and new open Jim and open stage by Hybi eden.

BEWARE!! Extremely Disappointing Experience with Sobha - Marina One. I am having a terrible experience with Sobha regarding this project. I booked an apartment in September 2024 with a written agreement from Sivaprasad S, Deputy Manager of Sales, Sobha Limited, stating that the booking could be canceled within the month and the full amount would be refunded by September 30, 2024. This was also confirmed by Reshma Varghese, the sales representative who sold us the apartment. Due to personal reasons, we had to cancel the booking well within the agreed time. However, even after five months, Sobha has not refunded my money. Despite multiple reminders and even escalating the issue to their sales head Bejoy Pothen, nothing has been done. Each time we follow up, they make false promises with a new refund date, but they never fulfilled it. And worst thing is that they don't even reply to the emails. I decided to put my hard earned money trusting Sobha considering it to be reputed organization and didnt expect them to behave like below average real estate organization. Even we have reached to the regional manager through our connection but haven't got a positive result. This has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. We are now exploring legal options to recover our money. I strongly urge anyone considering an apartment in this project to be extremely cautious before booking. Stay alert and don’t fall for false commitments! Edit - after long followup of more than 6 months we received the refund..

The experience centre guides behaved very rude towards us . They disagreed to explain or show us the models.

I recently booked one 2400 sqft flat , since I loved the whole ambience and the quality of construction . I live in Washington DC and feel that this is our retirement home ( me and my wife) - Thank you Sobha for giving a good deal !!!!

I am having a very bad experience with Sobha with this project. I had booked a flat recently where an option was provided to book it without visiting the site with an agreement that the booking could be cancelled within a month after visiting the site. I visited the site and then decided to cancel the booking because of personal reasons. Unfortunately, Sobha has not refunded the booking amount even after 4 months of cancellation. Right now I am exploring legal options to get my. money back. Please be aware of this when you book a flat in this project. Just an update. I called the customer care again as suggested in the, but they are not ready to help at all. The below message from CRM seems to be just to give the impression that they are really interested in resolving the issue!!

A wonderful combined Project by Puravankara and Sobha. Located at the corner plot near to Goshree bridge. A complex of 12 towers with 1000+ units each having view towards the water body. This proposal will be a grate success as a lot of entertainment facilities have been incorporated with the project which is a necessity for the current sedentary lifestyle of the people of outlet country.

Its joint venture of Purvankara and Sobha. They just started the construction. Moak flats looks good with sobha interior works. 1st tower will be ready by 2021 only. There are more towers coming after that so it will be a work site for next few years. People's who are looking for long term investments this will be a good asset.

Good place. Going there on night is a wonderful experience. U can get snacks, ice cream anywhere there. Thattukada food also available. Place is neat and calm. Better to go here Instead of going marine drive.

A peaceful and recreational space in the city.... with waters and neat and well developed pavements with benches facing water to relax in the evenings... snack van for tea and snacks.. open gym too

Using unfair practices for data collection. They initiate a chat with you with out any invite in Facebook and the very moment you click on the chat ( even if to cancel ) your information like name , phone no, email id will be extracted by them one by one without you having any options. Some one using such desperate measures and un ethical practices for data collection should always be a doubtful candidate for ethics and service. I am sorry to note that there is no provision to respond to your reply. I am not a first time internet user and is quite aware of the process of data collection. How ever in your case every time a question is asked seeking information from your end. even if i click on the chat window even to close or cancel the default information stored in teh form is fed into your chat without really giving me a choice. And it happens only in your chat window . Will you still call this ethical ?
