Marjan Plaza Hotel

From very beginning I I thought location is good and it looks beautiful so I thought it would be good .But it wasn't just good, it Amazing Experience!!! Clean, Comfortable , and Very Costumer oriented begining from Security representative mr Joni . And first of all thanks very much to Ani TateiShvii for making our event even more Comfortable! We had educational event in TBC concert Space and most of our 44 guest stayed in Marjan Plaza. Nice views from hotel and beautiful rooms itself made very nice mood! If you're looking for a place who have a rest and enjoy your trip I would recommend these plays very much! Our team was truly satisfied! Thanks a lot!!

الفندق يتميز بموقعه فقط كونه قرب شارع العرب وقريب من السنتر و توفر المطاعم العربية ومحلات الصرافة والبقالات بالقرب من الفندق السلبيات: عدم وجود مواقف للسيارات لم يتم توفير خدمات ( خدمة حمل الامتعة + الادوات الاستهلاكية فرشاة ادوات حلاقة ...الخ) نظافة الغرفة متوسطة المنيو محدود جدًا جدًا يتعامل مع الشركات التي تقدم حملات سياحية بالمجموعات مما يسبب ازدحام وازعاج

1 ay konakladık. Otel genel olarak güzel fena değil ama lobiden itibaren çok tuhaf kötü bir koku var. Temizlik de idare eder, temizlik takıntısı olanlara tavsiye etmem. Otelin en güzel yanı masaj, 2 kez gittik ve çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi ortalama.

The rooms are good the room service the also good.. but the worst part is their breakfast buffet.. the food is not refilled only six main items and that are also empty,. The bread baskets are mostly empty and when asked for refill takes forever for a full... We stayed for 3 days none of the days I can say the breakfast was good.. only constant is booked eggs that are their and those also cold.. we ordered room service the food was good in room dining experience but breakfast was horrible. Cheese platters empty , just one fruit that also empty sausages empty.. omlette is the only thing we had all three days with whatever bread we got .. book the hotel but don't ever take it with breakfast

Lovely hotel with very nicely equipped rooms, comfortable bed. The biggest disappointment was breakfast: very limited choice, not very tasty, plain food. We were definitely expecting more from the hotel. You won’t find good choice of restaurants around, the nearest will be within 15min walking distance. Staff on the reception could be a bit friendlier.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was disappointing as this is a 4 star Hotel. The service was not up to the expected standard. The staff were not very attentive, and requests often took a long time to be addressed. The food was also below expectations. The quality, taste, and variety were not satisfactory, and the overall dining experience was disappointing.

My stay at Marjan Plaza Hotel was disappointing. I contacted reception to request drinking water and was informed it was chargeable, although the same service was complimentary the day before. When I questioned this inconsistency, the receptionist responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. Additionally, on the first day we were assigned a room near noisy machines with an unpleasant smell and had to relocate. These issues reflect poor service standards and lack of staff training. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Room #409

The most pathetic breakfast spread I have ever seen. We stayed for 4 days and everyday the breakfast spread was cold (for hot items), most items were not available and when you make a complaint, the restaurant guy will have say we don't have a manager and the hotel manager says the restaurant doesn't comes under us. Not only me, a lot of guest can be seen eating only bread or croissant for breakfast because the rest of the food items were never refilled. Breakfast was till 11 and everyday when we went around 1030 this was the case. NEVER EVER TO BE VISITED AGAIN. THE NAME IS INDIAN BUT THE HOSPITALITY IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO INDIAN HOSPITALITY. ROOMS WERE GREAT. IN ROOM DINING WAS GREAT. BUT THE RESTAURANT THEY HAVE OFFERS THE WORST BREAKFAST OFFERED BY ANY HOTEL.

We came across this hotel after another place messed up our booking and we were left stumbling around downtown with our luggage. They let us store our luggage and check in a couple hours early. Plus, as a person who is extremely sensitive to perfumes, I LOVE this place. The sheets and towels don't smell like anything! The pool is also a nice perk. Highly recommend :)

The location of this hotel is really good, and the rooms are very comfortable and practical. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, and it was a big plus for me that the toilet has a water spray hose. The air conditioning and hot water system worked perfectly during my stay. However, the housekeeping service was often incomplete. For example, sometimes they didn’t leave the same number of clean towels as the first day, or they forgot to replace toilet paper. Toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided unless you specifically asked, and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. The breakfast was acceptable, but far below the variety I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Hot food choices were very limited (only 2–3 options), and there was only one coffee machine, so you had to wait in line for coffee. On the breakfast tables, spoons and forks were not set, which was inconvenient. When I checked in for a double room, they only gave me one key card, and I had to ask later for a second one. Also, the carpet in the room wasn’t very clean, and the daily housekeeping didn’t vacuum properly. Overall, the biggest weakness of this hotel is definitely the housekeeping service. With some improvements, this hotel could be much better.

Eylül ayında Tifliste gittik ve otel havuzlu diye tercih ettik . Ulaşım çok kolay tam merkezi yerde o konuda çok iyiydi .. Tek kötü yönü kahvaltısı çok kötüydü sabahları mantar kavurmuşlar hele bide kaynamış yumurta yeşil rengine dönmüştü çok kötü bir kahvaltı hizmeti var. Lütfen burdan yorumları okuyorsanız kahvaltıyı denetleyin … Konum olarak kalınır odalar da sivri sinek vardı ilaçlama yapılması lazım. Ve banyoda prizler arızalı onlarda bakılmaları gerekiyor . Havuzu çok güzeldi ve yatak çok rahattı taç markasının battaniyesi yorganı var çok iyi onları sevdim ama diş macunu diş fırçası yok tedarikli gelinmeli onun dışında teras düzensiz ve bakımsızdı üzeri kapatıp kışın kış bahçesi gibi değerlendirilebilir …

The hotel is nice, good size rooms. Staff friendly in general. Location is perfect! but should be forbidden to be on their phones when behind the bar… Breakfast was alright but expected a bit more. Please change your croissants these taste like cardboard. Carpet floors in rooms are bit dirty, bedsheets are too small for the bedsize also bathroom has mould and could be in better state if maintained better. Wifi is really bad which is quite bad for such a hotel.

The hotel receptionists are extremely rude and don’t seem to understand basic courtesy and respect. We have to greet them and smile first, as if they are doing us a favor! Then, when I asked for water, they didn’t bring it for two hours, even after ten follow-up calls. And this is while we had the best room in the hotel ،an Executive Room. The whole hotel staff really need to be better trained in politeness and respect toward guests.

An amazing package, Good hotel, Good staff, Good service located at a Good location. This hotel has nearby supermarkets, Food joints (fastfood, McDonald's etc) and several other resturants.Has a very decent breakfast spread including some Indian foods occasionally, also has a full Indian restaurant (called Maharaja) and European cuisine. Near to a lot of tourist attractions like peace bridge, Old Tbilisi, Malls Liberty square.

One of the most horrible breakfast ive ever witnesed. Like crazy bad, crazy bad. Dont wake up in the morning for that, not worth the time. We checked out in the morning and asked for A sandwich for a takeaway, guys, we got 2 slices of old bread, old croissant and an apple with a cookie. If I had to rate it, I would rate it under 1 star. The stay was okei, the restaurant inside also is also a place to improve, think about going there twice.

Abbiamo dormito due notti per la fine del nostro viaggio in Georgia. Ottimo hotel, tutto pulito e servizi eccellenti. La piscina grande abbastanza ed anche la sauna. Camera spaziosa ed accogliente. La colazione anche era buonissima e con molta scelta. Molta scelta di prodotti locali. Piu salato che dolce ma per noi andava benissimo. Unica pecca avere una sola macchina da caffe per la colazione. Ho dovuto spesso fare la fila per servirmi il cafe. Posizione dell hotel ottima. Camere ben insonorizzate e materassi confortevoli, è dove abbiamo dormito meglio.

This rating is for Maharaja Lounge the restaurant which I visited for a group dinner. It is beautifully decorated. Good place to wine and dine with Indian delicacies. There is a lot of scope for improvement as far as taste is concerned. For those who are searching for Indian food in Georgian land, it is a must visit place.

سكنت فيه ٥ ايام الفطور جدا جدا بسيط وغير متنوع كل يوم نفس الفطور ، الغرف نظيفه بس صغيره حسنه الفندق موقعه فقط حصل لي موقف فيه غريب ! ولدي يعاني من رعاف ونزف من خشمه قطرات ع المفرش يوم جيت اطلع قالوا ادفعي غرامه ٣٥٠ لاري ؟ مايعادل تقريبا ٤٨٠ ريال سعودي عشان المفرش اللي نزل دم رميناه لسلامه النزلاء؟ نصب عيني عينك واستغلال للنزيل! طيب تقدرون تغسلون المفرش لحال اذا يهمكم سلامة النزلاء! تحاسبونا غرامه على شي مالنا يد فيه؟ طيب لو طفلي استفرغ اعزكم الله ادفع غرامه؟ طبعا رفضت ادفع وقلت انتظروا لين اتواصل مع سفارتي 🇸🇦 اسالها عن الاجراء ادفع ولالا ، بسرعه تراجعوا وقالوا خلاص امشوا وانتبهي ل اطفالك 😅!

ماشاءالله الفندق مميز موقعه في شارع العرب واللي يميزه وجود ( الشطاف ) في دورات المياه وعجبنا انه قريب للمطاعم العربية الحلال والأسواق والبقالات والصيدليات ومحلات الصرافة والفندق هادئ ونظيف وخدمتهم سريعة اذا طلبنا منهم شي لكن يحتاج تطوير بوفيه الفطور لأنه صغير والتنوع بسيط

من أسوء الفنادق اللي مرت علي ، ٤ نجوم ؟ ما اعتقد الغرف ضيقة جداً والحمام الماء فيه متقلب من حار وبارد ، الاستقبال جداً سيء ولا يوجد مساعده من قبلهم بشيء ، كان اخر فندق لي بتبليسي للاسف خلاني اغادرها بكرهه للمكان ( اذا انت متعود على فنادق ٣ نجوم رح يناسبك ) ولكن مقارنه بباقي الفنادق من أسوأهم
