هتل خوبیه، ولی به نظرم اونقدر که گرون هست خدمات خاص و متفاوتی نداره مهمترین ویژگیش نزدیکی به دوبی مال هست صبحانه خوبی داره، اتاقش خوب هست فضای بیرون و محوطه هتل هم زیبا هست

I had a great experience at Terra Mar in the Marriott Al Jaddaf. Special thanks to Harry for his excellent service and friendly attitude. He was very professional, attentive, and made sure we had a wonderful time. He suggested a cocktail for me, and it was an excellent recommendation that I really enjoyed. His knowledge of the menu and hospitality made the experience even better. I truly appreciate all staff service and would definitely visit again. Thank you,

Pros: Spacious rooms, Staff, Views from the roof top and from the room (depending on your room). Huge Fitness center, Laundry, Amicable staff, Quality of food that they serve at the breakfast buffet (though less varieties were served, they were very delicious and well cooked/prepared) Cons: Connectivity, Limited buffet spread (may be because of the present situation, earlier they had a wide spread buffet), The chest press at the gym is poorly placed, the floor mat makes it an uneven posture. One foot will be on the floor and the other will be couple of inches high on the mat, making ot uncomfortable while using the machine. Also one of the angle adjustment knob is missing. The treadmills were also poorly placed because, you won't get enough breeze from the air vents while working out. If u push them a little under the vents, air from the air-conditioning will help you get more air and eases your breathing while running. Part of the terrace is isolated and not properly maintained, it was filled with dust. (But the paintings on the terrace walls are mesmerizing). I feel like they are under staffed. Overall: Ambiance 9/10 Food 9/10 Location 7/10 Value for money 8/10. I keep posting this question in all my Hotel reviews, WHY DON'T YOU LET THE RECEPTIONISTS SIT AT THEOR DESK, WHY DO THEY HAVE TO STAND CONTINUOUSLY THROUGHOUT THEIR SHIFT? Day 1-Ms Rudra And Ms Amita both of them did the best to sort out our things Mr Abhishek and all other people in F&b and housekeeping too good .service they provide is worth appreciating But maybe they seemed over worked so service is delayed The service is good but the timings are too much of wait n wait Day 2 we went for the breakfast And a genuine review -The hospitality of the staff is beyond words The team leader chef Mr Hamid and the second in command chef Mr Podia ..they were sooooo helpful to fulfill my veg food demand. Special dal prepared by Chef Podia was excellent More so was the way they wanted to impress and do all the good for you via their food I would really say a big thanks to both of them Ms Rudra as earlier was very pleasing and friendly and managed things perfectly

We stayed here for a total of 1.5 months this year. The gentleman at reception (I apologize for forgetting his name, it started with A) was incredibly helpful in every way. At breakfast, Shoaib and his team saw us from almost miles away, even remembering what we had drunk the previous day, and prepared our coffees with a smile, providing fast and excellent service. I would like to thank them very much for making our stay unforgettable. Marriott hotels and their guests are very lucky to have such staff.

The whole vibe is calm and caring. The hotel feels like a quiet retreat where every detail was made to help guests relax There’s a really nice balance between simple and fancy here. The peaceful rooms and cozy lounges make it a perfect getaway liked the atmosphere here. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. I stayed at the hotel during Eid Al Adha, which was an extremely busy period with many families and children. Despite the high occupancy, the team remained friendly, welcoming, and always willing to accommodate guests and ensure everyone had a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back again. My appreciation also goes to Rana, Rohet, Shoaib, and Harry for their professionalism and support throughout my stay. Chef Hameid was fantastic and contributed greatly to the overall experience. I recently started coming to Marriott occasionally to work because I’m currently dealing with Wi-Fi disruptions at home and needed a quiet place nearby with stable internet access. During my first two visits, the experience was very pleasant. I completely understand the hotel’s policy that if someone is using the space and Wi-Fi, they should order something, and I always did — usually a drink shortly after arriving. However, my third visit felt very different. I arrived and immediately joined a work video meeting that lasted around an hour. During that time, a staff member, possibly a supervisor or a manager, approached me to ask whether I was staying at the hotel. I explained politely that I was not, but that I was aware of the policy and intended to order something once I finished my meeting. The employee also mentioned that he had seen me there on previous days, so clearly he knew I had ordered before. About 10 minutes later, another employee — possibly a security manager — approached me again with essentially the same concern. Once again, I explained the situation. Shortly after that, I was brought a menu even though I had not asked for one. What made the experience uncomfortable was not the policy itself. The policy is understandable. It was the repeated approach from multiple staff members within a short period of time, despite the fact that I had already explained myself clearly and had a history of respecting the hotel’s rules during previous visits. Instead of feeling welcome, I started feeling pressured and watched, as if I was doing something inappropriate simply by sitting there before ordering immediately. As someone who is currently seven months pregnant, I especially did not appreciate that kind of treatment or stress. Because of this experience, I will choose a different place to work in the future. P.S. I would also like to mention that during my second visit, the barista and another staff member (possibly a different supervisor or manager) were genuinely kind and pleasant to interact with. Unfortunately, I did not catch their names, but they left a very positive impression.

I visited The Market Place Resturant tonight as my daughter graduated and it’s my birthday on 14/06/1972. Unfortunately the order was incomplete , it took a lot of time and finally sever cold to my family and other families attended. Even when I requested for olive oil with balsamic vinegar , Soya sauce was served instead of vinegar!! They have put a lot of efforts to make my special occasion a miserable one .
