Exceptional Stay Truly Outstanding Service I would like to extend a very special thank you to the Front Office Manager ( Charm) for her outstanding professionalism, genuine care, and attention to detail. Her leadership and dedication clearly reflect in the high quality of service and the smooth experience we had from the very first moment. A special thanks as well to the wonderful receptionist Marjurie, who truly made our stay memorable. Her kindness, warm smile, and professionalism made our check-in process effortless, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were comfortable throughout our stay. She genuinely helped make our vacation enjoyable and stress-free. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well-organized. Its location is excellent — conveniently close to the Capital Mall, with direct access from the ground floor and private parking available within the complex, making everything very easy and accessible. We booked two rooms, and both were fully equipped with everything a guest could need a complete kitchen setup, coffee facilities, a washing machine, and thoughtful details that truly enhance comfort and convenience. Highly recommended. A big thank you to the management and the entire front desk team mostly to Ms. Charm and Ms. Marjurie for such a refined and pleasant experience. We will definitely return.

I had a great stay at Marriott Executive Apartments Kuwait. The apartment was very spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable—perfect for both short and long stays. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The staff were genuinely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Rashmi for her outstanding support—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and truly made my stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent, with easy access to key areas in Kuwait. Overall, it was a smooth, relaxing, and high-quality experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and Marriott-level service.

I wrote this review to honestly say that I’ve rarely met someone who was so passionate do to their job in the best way possible. I found the hotel to be average compared to the other ones I’ve stayed at in Kuwait but this worker genuinely made me feel like I could relax and they could take care of everything and this is the point of staying at a hotel in the first place. Shout out to hamisi! He didn’t ask me to write this but with his amazing and helpful attitude I felt that it was a must!

The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to the mall from the ground floor and private parking available within the complex. The surrounding mall is excellent and adds great value to the overall experience. We reserved two apartments, both fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay — including a complete kitchen setup, coffee facilities, washing machine, and well-thought-out amenities that reflect high standards of quality and comfort. الفندق ممتاز، الغرفة كانت جميلة وواسعة ومريحة. أخذت سويت بغرفة واحدة، ويضم صالة واسعة، وطاولة طعام، ومطبخًا صغيرًا مع غسالة، وكلها مجهزة بشكل عملي. الوصول إلى الفندق سهل، ويوجد ممر داخلي يربطه بسوق العاصمة، مما يسهّل الوصول بدون الحاجة للخروج للشارع أو التعرض للشمس. قريب من المباركية بالسياره بس مو مشي. الخدمة سريعة وجيدة، والسعر مقابل الخدمة يستحق. تعامل موظفة الاستقبال كان راقيًا ولطيفًا جدًا، وخصوصًا Marjurie كانت خدومة ومهنية. ملاحظة: يوجد خصم لموظفي الجهات الحكومية السعودية، يُفضل السؤال عنه عند الحجز.

Everything was amazing, However, the bed was not comfortable at all. My shoulders and back was hurting too much. If you are depending on the good quality of bed, this hotel is not your choice.

الغرف نظيفه و شرحة نظام شقق فندقية فـ مناسب جداً للعوائل متصل بالعاصمة مول صغير و ملموم يفك أزمة بعد يوم طويل و مشاوير تقضيه قريب من مقر سكنك بدون الحاجة للسيارة الاستقبال و الخدمة بحاجة إلى احترافية أكثر

الفندق ممتاز الطاقم رائع التجهيزات في الغرفة متكامله يوجد غساله ملابس ومواعين وملاعق وكل ادوات الطبخ وفرن ومكائن قهوه وفلتر قهوة امريكي وادوات الطبخ وتوستر، الغرفة هادئة الفندق مريح ماشاء الله يعيب عليه زحمة الخروج بالسيارة وقت ذروة الدوامات لان مواقف السيارات داخل مول العاصمة فاختر الوقت المناسب للخروج والعودة عادة الزحمه من بعد ٤ العصر والساعة ٥ و ٦ اكثر من مره مسكتنا الزحمة ، المول له دخول من الفندق من الدور الارضي مباشرة يوجد سوبرماركت تحت في المول ٢٤ ساعة تعمل سوبرماركت ممتازه وفيها تحهيزات كامله المول فيه مقاهي روعه ومطاعم فخمة شكر خاص لفريق العمل وعلى راسهم الاستاذ محمد قاسم الذي جعل اقامتنا مريحه واستثنائية وكذلك الموظف Walker

Great stay at Marriott Executive Apartments Kuwait City. The apartments are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are very professional. Being directly connected to Assima Mall is a big plus and makes everything very convenient. Highly recommended.

قريت تعليقات ان خدمة التنظيف سيئه، بس كنت مضطره اخذه عشان الموقع، بس الفندق طلع رووووعه روووعه ونظيف فوق ماتتصورون، وخدمة التنظيف بشكل يومي، و النزول مباشره للمول، انصح فيه بشدة، ومن الفندق المطار ٢٠ دقيقه فقط

I had an excellent stay at Marriott Bonvoy. From the start, the reservation handled by the Saudi lady was quick and efficient. Check-in was smooth and welcoming thanks to Souha, and when I faced a parking issue, Mr. Qasem from the front desk resolved it immediately. The room was spacious, comfortable, and felt brand new. We also ordered dinner from Kei, which was delicious. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations—I would highly recommend staying here!

The beast exclave hotel I saw it and the manager was very kind and welcoming and respecting and happy. Very easy to talk with him. Very easy to ask him very easy to order from him. This is what awesome about the room. It's very big and the kitchen is very nice and the colour of the room wonderful and the view is very very nice on the bathroom was very big and clean and there is everything to use it even the kitchen and they bring for us one exhibit and we pay we paid that but was very easy and very fast and very nice nicely about the swimming pool and the sauna. now we will talk about the barking and the place near for everything and it's contact with the mall and very big mall with the cinema and there is a supermarket 24 hour work and this what make me happy thank you very much bye-bye Ali

ممتاز وحلو ونظيف ومجهز المطبخ بمواعين وغسالة مواعين وغسالة ملابس ، وله مدخل على المول ، يعيبه الدخول والخروج للمواقف حيث يعتبر مكان مزحوم والمواقف تحت بالدور الثالث يوجد خدمة صف السيارات ب 4 دينار باليوم تغيير المصاعد الى الاستقبال او المواقف الى مصاعد الاجنحه ويعتبر سعر مرتفع لغرفة وصالة

الفندق موقعه استرتيجي لاتصاله بمول العاصمه وقربه من اكثر الاسواق توفر مواقف ولكن مع مواقف المول ومتعبه قليلا في الدخول والخروج تعامل موظفين الاستقبال جدا ممتاز العاملين جدا لطيفين اخذت شقة بغرفة نوم تم توفير فرش زياده وسرير طفل النظافه جدا ممتازه حجزت عن طريق الانصال بهم مباشرة وكان فيه عرض فدائماً اسألوا عن العروض
