Mars the spa

Absolutely horrible experience. I came with my mother and from the second we entered, the place felt tense, uncomfortable, and anything but relaxing. I go to spas at least twice a week and have never experienced something this bad. Calling this a spa is an insult to real spas. I only chose Mars Spa because it was close to my house, and I regret it completely. The atmosphere was draining, unpleasant, and honestly felt like a nightmare rather than a place of relaxation. The worst spa experience of my entire life. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away. ما انصح اسوء تجربه سبا بحياتي

Best spa ever!! 🤍 It’s my only go-to spa in Kuwait. From the moment you walk in, everything feels calm, luxurious, and perfectly organized. The staff are incredibly professional. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a five-star experience.

My first visit to the spa was very good the experience was excellent and the therapist was kind and professional I was really satisfied However my second visit was disappointing the reception was not welcoming and felt somewhat unfriendly I was also delayed about 10 minutes past my appointment time even though this was not clearly mentioned in their policy in most places there is usually a grace period to allow for traffic or parking issues especially since there is no proper parking or valet service available The service itself was average and did not match the price especially compared to my first visit On a positive note the place is very clean and the hospitality was nice and I liked the mango that was served Overall my first experience was great but the second one needs improvement in reception and service quality to match the price and expectations

I thought i will go through outstanding experience but it went bad.. the receptionist wasn’t welcoming, the reception area was noisy and loud. So the first impression was “Okay” .. not more. Then the helping staff in changing room didn’t help! The are just standing not even helping in hanging or folding clothes like other spa’s.. despite that I don’t prefer public changing rooms! .. the specialist didn’t avoid mentioned areas! She went off them hundred times , it felt so painful.. I don’t think i will be coming back any time soon. Wishing you best of luck!

To start my review I will say: don’t trust all ads you see. Paying nearly 50KWD for an experience like this is so unfair. The steam did not even last for 10 minutes and the moroccan lady who did my hammam basically scratched my skin. She did nothing. I could outdo her job any day anytime. Then, doing the massage in the same room I did my hammam; nobody told me this is the case so basically doing a massage with NO 1% relaxation in a well lit room, and with massage oil being RUBBED INTO MY EYES, hello who does this? But sure. Spoke to customer service they did not even refund me 1/2 what I paid. They kept disputing and I ignored them. Did not feel respected in there at all and my experience was a -10/10. تجربتي من اولها لي اخرها سيئة للاسف ووايد كان ودي اني اعطيهم تقييم احسن بس للاسف ما اقدر اقص على نفسي اكثر من جذي. الحمام المغربي سيء. بخار الماي ما ظل ١٠ دقايق وباختصار جسمي تشمخ وتعورت بس سكت، وبعدين المساج الي كان المفروض ريلاكس سويته بنفس غرفة الحمام المغربي مادري شلون شي ماحصل بس اوكي، وتحط زيت المساج بعيوني مافهمت شلون صار جذي بس اوكي. التجربه كلش ماكانت استرخاء كانت العكس تماما وما اتوقع ان عمري راح ارد لهم مره ثانيه عشان اغير هالانطباع للاسف. وخدمة العملاء ما احس ان كانوا يبون يحلون المشكله لان كل ماله ويناقشون زياده وكلامي عن تجربتي كان واضح. واحب اضيف ان التجربة كلها كان المفروض تكون تقريبا بو ساعه ونص الى ساعتين لكن تجربتي كلها كانت اقل من ساعه، وما كنت مختاره الحمام العادي اخترت حمامهم المغربي الخاص.

Very poor experience. The service, sense of luxury and hospitality is very poor and the staff is poorly trained. I didn’t enjoy the massage, and the receptionists wasn’t welcoming, the silent area is full young girls with their phones watching videos and taking pictures. The spa doesn’t smell like a spa and the massage was average .. not to mention their showers are transparent so showering after the massage and oils will be a problem and they made me late for my appointment because I was covered with oil wanting to shower with no employee caring to help. When I complained all the employees were arguing with me rather than solving the problem and not a single apology even from the management. Don’t waste your time and money and go somewhere else. I would give them zero star tbh

Amazing experience this is my top one spa. Not cheap but worth it.

One of the worst spa experiences ever. I booked two appointments for my cousin birthday and I. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment as instructed via text but the receptionist did not arrive untill 11. Which led us to start our massage at 11:20 ! Then my masseuse was applying pressure and did not ask me if it is ok or bot and I had to keep telling her to press more the whole time until I just gave up. Then there was a light at the floor giving me a headache the whole time I had to ask her to switch. I was willing to tolerate the bad massage but the place was too cold i asked her to make the room warmer becaI was cold, her hands were cold, and the oil was cold. So it felt like a torture. She added more blankets which did not do anything because I am still cold when she removes the blanket from the part she is massaging. I couldnt tolerate any more and I asked her to stop. By that time of course time passed and she told me we only have 15 minutes left but I couldn’t tolerate it more. So I went out and told the receptionist that my experience was awful and I wanted to be compensated or given another appointment since this one was not relaxing what so ever. She called management and management was worse. She told me since I did not complain with in the first 10 minutes she was not gonna compensate me. How am I going to know all of this within the first 10 minutes 😅 there is so much and I usually tolerate and try to solve it with the masseuse before I complain😅 it wasn’t like 30 minutes relaxing and I just really no the whole experience was awful.The worst management and worst customer experience. I really hope the place closes because the management will not make it good.

One of the best massages I had tried. Everything was exceptional. One thing that would make the experience 100% is if the rooms were fully soundproof.
