تحديث: بعد فتره من الاستخدام اكتشفت بان الجهاز (جوده ضعيفه) فطول الوقت كنت اتوقع بانه يجب ان ابدأ من وزن 2 ولكن بعد ان رأيت اجهزه اخرى وجدت ان الجهاز الذي اخذته ذو جوده ضعيفه ومحدود الامكانيات، والفريق الفني للشركه لا يستطيعون حل المشكله.

Very bed equipment new we order they send me very bed quality only 3 days they fiting also very bed

Bad service. After you bought items from them and it broke within the warranty they will tell they cannot fix. They only good at selling but after any problem on the machine its on your side.

للأسف صارت خدمتهم للعملاء سيئة و لا يحترمون العميل. ولا يردون على اتصالاتنا. يعني أتمنى من مالك الشركة مراجعة عمل فريقه و خاصة خدمة العملاء

أسوء خدمة على الاطلاق توصيل متاخر الطلب جاني و المنتج ناقص قطع ثلاث مرات جو يركبون قطع و لا صلحوها و رجعت المنتج

My indoor bike needed a change, when I called them, they said it will need to 2 to 3 days maximum to fix it. They picked up the bike on Monday morning, after several calls and follow up, they fixed it on Saturday. I asked them to deliver it on Sunday, they answered they are OFF (I totally understand that) and I got WhatsApp notifications mentioning they will deliver on Monday, It's 19:38 and I haven't received anything yet, furthermore they mentioned that bike is in Abu Dhabi and they will deliver it tomorrow!!!!! NEVER EVER CONSIDER BUYING A SINGLE ITEM FROM MARSHALL FITNESS PLEASE

خدمه سيئة و اجهزة اسوء و مافي مصداقيه اشتريت جهاز مشي ع اساس فيه نتفلكس و شغله ف المحل و يوم وصل البيت ما يشتغل و قالي لان مافي ابديت و السستم جديم و بدلي الجهاز و ادفعي إذا تبين نتفلكس و بدلته و دفعت اكثر و الجهاز الثاني علقت الشاشه بعد اسبوعين و اتصلت فيهم و كل يوم يأجلون الموعد عشان الصيانه

The worst customer service and after sale service. I called for a maintenance but they kept transferring me from one person to another. We I finally got in touch with the person in charge and asked him for an appointment he kept asking me questions and finally the whole story changed and the cost went triple without even inspecting the machine and he himself said he is not a technician, then how come you are estimating the cost !! Unfortunately he lacks basics skills if customer service

Order here at your own risk. Having purchased several pieces of equipment one of the items was not correct. This was not noticed until all boxes were opened. I have since phoned, emailed, wattsapp and there is very little communication or interest from this company to resolve and rectify the problem. The customer service has to be the worst I have ever experienced. The product I received instead is much cheaper than what I ordered. Beware!

I have important question , if your product is good , why customer comment is blocked in your instagram account ( under all photos ) . You should keep the customer feedback always open . This is an important issue for the customers

worst machine quality ever. extremely greedy people. machine broke two times, first time they charge 1000 for the part, next time they wanted 1200 for the oart. biggest scam that they claim its is German but it is all Chinese. not recommended, buy a proper machine form a respected supplier.

prices not bad and there is variety of choices .. i recommend it
