I visited this cafeteria two days ago at night because no other restaurants were open. I ordered Hot & Sour Chicken Soup, Beef Fry, and two Fried Rice. The fried rice was average, but the “Hot & Sour Chicken Soup” was very bad. It looked more like yellow chicken curry, almost like coconut chicken curry, not a soup at all. When I asked about it, the person at the counter (who seemed to be the owner) said they have been serving this soup like this for the last four years and that this is the “original” Hot & Sour Chicken Soup. I told him I’m not eating it for the first time—I’ve had Hot & Sour Chicken Soup in many other restaurants and even in my home country, and it never looks or tastes like this. But he insisted that only what they serve is original and others are not, and said “If you want, you can eat it, brother.” The attitude was very rude and disrespectful to customers. Also, the hygiene was very poor. The person preparing shawarma was not wearing gloves, and the staff uniforms looked very dirty. We are not eating for free—we are paying customers. I spent more than 40 dirhams for two fried rice, beef fry, and soups. The issue is not the money, but the quality and respect. Even if the price is higher, people will be satisfied if the food tastes good. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I came to your restaurant on March 20 between around 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM to have food. I am not saying this without proof. If needed, you can check my bank account statement and see that I made the payment at that time. I don’t know whether the person standing at the counter was the owner or a staff member, but he behaved very rudely with me. When I said that the Hot & Sour Chicken Soup was not good, he tried to argue with me and said, “This is the original chicken soup. We have been serving this for four years.” I am not someone who is tasting this soup for the first time. I have had Hot & Sour Chicken Soup in many restaurants in Sharjah, Dubai, and also back in my hometown. As a customer, if the food is not good, I have the right to say that. We are not eating for free. We pay money for the food we buy. So if the food quality or taste is not good, we will say it. When customers are paying for food, it should have proper taste and quality. Also one more thing — when speaking to customers, you should at least try to speak politely. As people who run a restaurant, your job is to serve customers properly, not to argue with them or try to teach them.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I have been ordering from this restaurant since 2023 and have placed more than 50 orders without any issue. But today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I waited for more than 2 hours, and still my food was never delivered. I tried contacting them, but there was no proper response. This is not the kind of service I expected after being such a loyal customer. Really disappointed with how they handled this today.

I had a very disappointing experience. I walked from Sharjah Bus Station and reached the shop at early morning . However, when I arrived, the staff informed me that they were closed. Although some areas were still being cleaned, it seemed possible to serve food. I also noticed several fully cooked grilled chickens still in the machine, yet the staff refused to provide any food. It was frustrating to see food available but not being served. Overall, this was a very poor experience, especially after making the effort to reach the shop early in the morning.

Extremely 3rd class service Owner didn't teach workers how to talk with customers how to manage with the customers.. workers don't have manners to talk with girls also. Worst experience ever I have seen in my life.. Owner please teach the workers how to behave properly.

The shawarma here is definitely a must try. The cocktail juice is one of the best! Overall a great place to have a quick bite and a delicious and refreshing cocktail juice!

Be careful while making card payments. They will charge more money without knowing you ,if you didn’t notify it, you will lose the money ,if you ask them to back it then they will shout at you, and you will have to show statements and messages. So everyone should be careful. There is a lack of neatness.

Dear mazakin team I recently ordered a shawarma from your shop, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The shawarma had too much salt and oil, and the masala did not taste good either. I wanted to share this feedback so you can consider making some improvements to the quality of your food. Regretfully, I won’t be ordering again unless I notice some positive changes.

I order for room delivery 1:38pm but i waited until 2:30pm still not coming. I understand you all busy because of EID so i come and pick up my order. Next time please call when my order is ready so i can come and pick it up. what's the use of taking my number if you're not calling me. Overall impression not that bad my only issue is calling me and inform me. Now im eating and i like the taste of beef fried rice.

I ordered half bbq chicken for take away and waited outside, with a number of their employees, none of them cared to call my attention that my order was already in the counter to be picked up, if it hadn't been for the cashier himself to notice me for my order, I would be waiting longer outside

So unprofessional staff and very low on delivery service, They never deliver on time and when we asked them , they say only like this , No one to ask or say anything. They are very poor at their service
