Maskan Bank

The bank staff were very polite and helpful. Ive rarely been to a bank where the staff treat you as though you are a client and have brought your business and money there. They mostly treat you like a simpleton and do your work as though you are a nuisance to their rest. But in this bank and branch the staff weren't like this. Particularly Mr. Ismael Khadem, he was the politest person. He went the extra mile to make sure the card and requests we had were carried out and even came out of the back of the counter to ensure that our card was in working order. Such staff are a rare gem and I really hope he becomes bank manager one day.
