Massimo’s Italian Restaurant - City Walk

I had lunch at Massimo’s Italian Restaurant and really enjoyed the experience. The risotto with shrimp was very tasty, perfectly cooked, and the saffron mixture gave it a rich and delicious flavor. Definitely one of the highlights of the meal. The tiramisu was also tasty and well prepared, but I would recommend using a little less cocoa powder, as it slightly overpowered the other flavors. Overall, great food, nice atmosphere, and friendly service. I would happily come back again.

The food was great, the service staff were amazing, especially Imalka, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and asked what we would like and tailored the menu accordingly, very sweet and super friendly! The atmosphere was great, and the tiramisu was amazing! ❤️

Located in the lively City Walk district, Massimo’s Italian delivers a taste of authentic Italian cuisine, though at a premium price point. The restaurant itself is spacious, comfortably accommodating around 30–40 guests, and the service is generally attentive and up to the mark. The food is enjoyable and carries the essence of traditional Italian flavors, but there’s definitely room for improvement to match the expectations set by the pricing and ambiance. The Alfredo pasta tried was simply yum and exceeded expectations , but the pizza tried has a lot of room for improvement .

For an Italian restaurant, the pasta here was honestly really disappointing. We ordered two dishes and neither of them was good — one was way too salty, and the other was still undercooked. We told the manager and asked them to redo it. After waiting about 20 minutes, they brought it back, but it was exactly the same. The taste didn’t change, and the pasta was still undercooked. Really wouldn’t recommend this place.

Stopped by for dessert and coffee. We were promptly seated and ordered a decaf flat white and molten cake. The molten cake was decadent. Id prefer abit more cakeyness, there was but a thin layer acting as a mold with chocolate batter and ganache oozing out when spooned in. The cake was paired with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, a mini cone and a crackle underneath. Flat white was made to perfection.

Суп із тикви та хліб із трюфельною пастою були смачними. Обслуговування потребує прямих покращень та змін! Як можна переплутати замовлення після декількох повторень гостями та повтору самим же офіціантом? Чай забули і довелось нагадувати через 40 хвилин :) Жодних вибачень та повний рахунок…

Very big serving I would say - can be shared by two if you were to order multiple dishes. Coffee was amazing! Staffs were really attentive and friendly.

Got a papardelle with mushroom and truffle cream plate, strawberry mojito and gelato, and reallyyyy enjoyed everything! The staff was so decent and helpful also the view and place overall were so good for outdoor dinings.

I thank the staff who served the food. Avista, Hasib, and Ishur Ali were very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, and this isn't my first time; it's my second visit to this restaurant. I recommend everyone come here.

We had a wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant. The food was delicious. The restaurant itself is very nice, clean and well-maintained, which made the whole atmosphere even more enjoyable. We were extremely satisfied with the staff, especially our waiter Avista. His approach was outstanding. He was very kind, polite, attentive and made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of. Thanks to him and the great food, we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back again.

Great Italian restaurant! Only tried the Diavola Pizza and that was a 10/10 ! Great taste and perfect !! Will go again to try other dishes ! Must mention it’s a bit noisy

Una bella serata xon ottimo cibo. Finalmente un ristorante dove si mangia veramente italiano. Il cameriere Avista è molto gentile e attento. I piatti sono cucinati molto bene con una buona qualità degli ingredienti. Buoni gli antipasti. La pasta è cucinata divinamente. È un ristorante che consiglio vivamente se si vuole mangiare italiano e soprattutto ben fatto.

I visited this Italian restaurant in the evening, and it was such a pleasant surprise. There weren’t many people, which made the atmosphere calm and relaxing — perfect for a quiet dinner or a conversation without raising your voice. The background music was soft and tasteful, not overpowering at all. The menu offers a huge variety of pasta dishes — honestly, one of the best selections I’ve seen. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. Definitely a place I’ll come back to when I want a peaceful, delicious evening out.
