THE MATTRESS STORE (Dubai Marina Mall)

I do not recommend this shop. They recommended me a topper and I specifically asked for size 200x200. We confirmed 3x that the size is 200x200. We even said “Yeah we need 2 by 2 because our mattress size is uncommon” The seller assured us it was the correct size. The topper came in a bag with no label/tag to know the size. The invoice (where the size was apparently written) was given inside an envelope AFTER payment. We came home only to find out it’s 180x200, smells, and cannot be used. They are now saying we cannot get a refund for paid items and are blaming us for this “mistake”. This is what they wrote to me: As we check with the team, as per them you ask for 180x200cm topper and they make same size topper invoice as well. Again, no information on the packaging, and invoice was given AFTER payment. Waste of money, time, and energy. Do NOT come here they just scam you.

First time we ordered mattress from mattress store marina and had great experience with George. We received an invoice with agreed delivery timing from 10am-5pm but on the day no one call, no one confirm anything. I started to call the store and customer service and at first they said the driver not responding. Then customer service call again and said it will be 6 or 7pm (already late but still no exact timing). And delivery team will call me. Delivery team never call and never confirm anything. No communication at all. They finally call at 6.26pm just to ask location. This is so disappointing and unacceptable coming from what i thought a high end store. And the mattress finally came at 6.40pm. Unbelievable. Will never come back or recommend.

Well done Walid - I ordered today a mattress 200x180. However when I got home I measured the bed again and saw I needed 160wide. Walid was amazing and managed to get it changed for me. Best place to get your mattress in Dubai. Lovely service also by Karima, who’s always available. Reasonable prices, not too busy, and fast delivery. Quality is much better than all the others (PAN Home, Homecentre etc). Highly recommended and no complaints here on service or quality.

It was incredible such a wonderful experience with excellent customer service from Walid and the rest of Delivery team. I bought a mattress which couldn’t fit on the lift , and the delivery team is so helpful and energetic to take it through staircase from Ground Floor to 11th floor . This is beyond excellent customer service and highly recommended. Kudos to the rest of the team .

Last Saturday, we purchased a bed and matress in marina mall storee dubai, and we were told that they would be delivered today. However, when we called yesterday, we were informed that the delivery would be on Monday instead. After some discussions, they confirmed that it would be delivered on Saturday between 11 AM and 3 PM, but it never arrived. We are now unable to reach them. When we spoke to the tactory, they told us it would be delivered on Sunday, but the store said the factory does not operate on Sundays. No one is helping us. Update: This morning we received a call informing us that the bed delivery would be completed by 2:30pm.However, no one has arrived yet, and later the store called us asking to delete our review. Instead of asking us to delete the review, we would be much more satisfied if the delivery was made on time.

I am very disappointed with mattress store, I have bought an expensive mattress with them, it started to sink, after a lot of time they changed it, and not the same is happening with the new one…. The are very slow to act on the issue you have to email them thousand of times, wait to someone inspect your mattress… everything whenever they want I am still waiting them to solve the issue with my second mattress which is 3 to 4 fingers deep. They barely answer on whatapp(the only way i can contact them as far as i know)
