Had a very bad experience at the store today. Mr. Sathyamoorthy from the billing/sales team gave me a very bitter experience tonight. Took a Woman slipper from a rack which showed 399 onwards but all that was displayed were only in the price tag of 899. My question was if it was from 399 onward they should have displayed different priced ranged slippers but all the slipper were tagged at a price point of 899. I unknowingly billed and had a look, to my surprise it was 899. I returned back the slipper and asked for a refund but Mr.Sathyamoorthy said refund not possible but can give a credit for later purchase within 30 days and I said ok and was delivered a hard copy of the credit bill. I refused to receive the bill since the main bill which I received was a soft copy and the credit bill was a hard copy and the billing person refused to send me a soft copy. I said wat if I loose this bill, he said credit not possible. I questioned if you can send a main bill through soft copy why not my credit bill which i am Going to purchase later. But I had a very bitter experience from your staffs from ECR branch. I have been a regular already faced few billing issues 2 years back but ignored but the reaction and the behaviour towards a customers questions was worst to the core. I need a resolution and kindly train the staffs on customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t rate even one star.
