Very poor and unprofessional behaviour from the clinic. My wife had called them for an appointment and they suggested her to come. When my wife went there, they asked her to wait. She waited for an hour. When my wife inquired with them about when is her turn, she was told that there are another 9-10 patients before her. Very unprofessional behaviour. Either communicate properly about the timings or provide an appointment. You can’t simply ask patient to wait for whatever time you want them to wait. Not recommended at all.
