Maxim’s Supermarket

I ordered 2 curry flavoured cup noodles and 2 Mogu Mogu juices. The juices were fine, but they sent the wrong noodles (Koka). We already had to call twice because the order was delayed. After the driver came with the wrong items, he said he’d fix it — but we had to call AGAIN just to get an update. Apparently, if you don’t keep calling them, they don’t bother fixing their mistake. The correct noodles finally came after a long wait. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Would not recommend unless you’re ready to chase your own order.

Come for the sugar cane juice! A delightful little gem.

Good supermarket in the mankhool area with tea stall,sugar cane juice with lemon and ginger. It is on the ground floor in the Naswaan building.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the delivery guy. Not only was he rude, but his arrogant attitude was completely uncalled for. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, which was clearly lacking in this interaction. It's unacceptable for a delivery person to display such behavior. I hope that steps will be taken to address this issue and ensure that other customers do not have to experience similar treatment.

I just have a concern about ur team in Mankhool....Firstly me and and friends never gets the order before 1 hour even though our building is just at the back of ur grocery, 3 minutes walking distance...Apart from this u guys have the delivery option which I appreciate but the person attending the request doesn't even bother to reply our messages. I doesnt mean to prove anyone wrong but there should be a courtesy....... Atleast be courteous enough to attend the request rather than ignoring it.

I had a similar experience where this person claimed to be a manager and was raising his voice and speaking very rudely. The offer was on the chicken and the Tag was put up with the price. I believe it was for 900gm sadia chickens only. However in the freezer it had all size chickens except for the one which was on offer. when I came to the payment counter I had to pay the original price was charged and realised when I was just checking my bill when I informed the counter she said she could not refund the money and asked for the manager who didn't seem to be like one or may be just posing like one.

Very very bad experience just now i visited there. There was one lady her name was chaiya she was very unprofessional. I don't had change and very bad way she told me give me change otherwise i will cancil your items and without my reply she cancelled everything. I told her ok i will buy some more items but you shouldn't talk like that. She reply my name is chaiya do what ever you want to do. And one interested thing is that owner was there also and he was quite.

The exact prices are not listed in the store, it is missing almost everywhere. Where there is a price, there is no real show ... Outrageous!!! At the packaging, 2 boxes of tea suddenly "disappeared"... Turns out one of the salesmen was walking with it ...

As an experience on the food quality today i had come to notice that the chicken i purchased was not in a good state and was decayed with stinking smell which drove my attention to complain about the food being supplied to us. It was a bad experience when i spoke about this to the manager from Maxims Supermarket at Al Musalla Tower wherein his behaviour was not acceptable and was being arrogant and rude in communicating which i need to address you and want you to take strict action. Also last time when the chicken (Sadia) was purchased it was found in bad state but being the first time i didn't want to address this issue. Please look in to this matter urgently as we are not getting good stuff even though we are paying good price.So going forward as there is no welcome way to treat a customer at Maxim i would not be interested to purchase any stuff from your good market going forward.

Extremely disappointed that they don’t accept card payments below 5 dirhams. Even if it’s emergency. Cheap store!!

Acceptable prices for neighbourhood store. They have a lot of things. They have dishes for kitchen and lights and grill for bbq. Nice vegetables at good price.

Variety of Indian grocery and fresh vegetables.

Staff at Manqool are not customer oriented. Very rude to customers, rack price differs from the cashiers price, always stale bread is kept on the racks and very poor quality service.

This is not happend with any customer in Maxims Supermarket Mankhool Area Bur Dubai May be customers are posting reviews about Fresh Maxims Supermarket Al musallah Tower Both supermarkets are different management is also different So kindly do not put reviews of that market in our market reviews Thanks

Well equipped ,clean supermarket. Home delivery service available for nearby residences. Located at Nashwan bldg

One of the worst supermarkets ever,the prices are higher than everywhere, the staff are very rude and not trained for costumer services and the delivery always takes more than 30 mins even we are in the same building.

Average place in terms of quality of fresh fruits and vegetables. Decent in their home deliveries
