Al Maya Supermarket – Leaf Tower Convenient neighborhood supermarket that really caters to the residents in the area. The store is always well-stocked, easy to navigate, and perfect for quick daily essentials. Friendly service and very convenient location.

I asked Chatgpt to give me ideas to save money on my groceries because i am working on a shoelace budget. It gave me directions to Al Maya. Things are cheap and even better when they have specials. Staff is polite and helpfull. Their APP for Online Home Delivery is good and delivery time very quick. My favorite Budget friendly shop.

One of my nearest shop I often shopped form here and one of my worst experienced almost all the time was one of Nepalis staff is so loud she didn't even care she is public place that's makes me feel like she is fighting with someone. As they are operating in very small place and they should have common sense that their customer may get disturb because of her such a loud conversion and I believed that it's not that much polite as well. would be appreciate that someone could teach her some public manner.

Some Staff are very rude, price expensive and if we as for extra plastic, they say its chargeable. After spending 100+ aed on grocery, they dont even want to give 1 extra plastic and they ask 25 fils for plastic, is that their standard. Impolite to the customers

The prices posted are wrong, I feel that they are cheating with customers. Also, it's much more expensive than other supermarkets in Abu Dhabi. I'm going there only if I really need something. Do not recommend. Bad quality of fruits and vegetables :-(

Not helpful , they dont respond to whatsapp orders until hours ,also the staff there refused to give me issad discount without a reason in a rude way

Very convenient shop for people living nearby. The only problem it has are prices. Everything is 10-15% more expensive than in normal groceries. Difference is even higher when compared to supermarkets.

VERY BAD!! you have to call them more than 10 times so they answer the phone call!! And when they finally answer your order will take hours to get to your house!!

the worst supermarket staff in the world . very rude and arrogant staff. I called for home delivery it took over 2 hours to get the item. when I called to check . the one who answer the call his name rajendra was extremely rude

The most unreliable delivery team in the history of delivery... I live 200 meters away and it took them 1:20 hours and 4 phone calls to deliver my order.

very small convenience store.. but one of the first store in the island.. and they do charge more than regular al maya inside abu dhabi island..

Don't use insta shop...they will deliver wrong items and give you bad fruit and vegetables.. Dont recommend....😠
