Worst experience… would never recommend. My wife ordered her wedding dress from them, first of all they didn’t deliver on time as discussed before placing order and secondly when we went to pick the dress, their consultant named “Huda” at their outlet in Lahore was very rude she literally threw the dress on table and told us to leave. The next day which was the day before our wedding day my wife tried on the dress and it didn’t fit her it was not her size and the worst of all the dress was not new it seemed to be in used condition…. It had stains on it and discoloured in under-arm area… she contacted the brand on WhatsApp immediately and told them the whole thing.. we gave them full price of the dress without any discounts and ordered a new dress.. after filling complaint nobody reached out to us, thier support team is very unprofessional they don’t ever know how to talk to customers and handle complaints. They have caused us sheer distress on our big day. To cut the story short we returned the dress with complaint but there is still no response til day. They have neither returned our dress or given our money back.

Customer service is amazing is replying back and checking on the orders. I ordered 4 outfits just wishes if the they didn’t dumped all the outfits in a brown packing box they used for mailing. Looked a little unprofessional. Wish it would’ve come in a nice box. Loved the outfits and the fit.

I ordered a custom ‘’Parniya’’ formal in pink and when the outfit delivered to me, I couldn’t believe my eyes! The work is so so beautiful and they were very correct with my measurements and the shade of pink that I wanted. I will definitely be placing an order with them again in the future. Simply stunning work and amazing attention to detail.

I bought Alanna and the dress is elegant and well-crafted, making it suitable for weddings and formal occasions. The fabric is premium-quality silk with a soft fall . The embroidery is finely done with neat stitching, and the embellishments are securely attached. I love the entire product .

I ordered my suit from Maya Pret about 7 weeks ago and customised with the size. The sizing was perfect just as I requested and the customer service was 10/10. Delivery was on time and didn’t have any issues at all.

Very bad experience. I placed a huge for my sister’s mehndi. First they didn’t give us copies of the slips. Later they forgot about the order. When I asked them two weeks before the due date, they were completely clueless. When they finally made the clothes, the lengths were completely wrong and they refused to take responsibility for their consultant’s mistake who didn’t write the correct measurements. Very non cooperative behaviour ! Will not recommend at all!

Not only was the outfit delivered to me in the shortest time possible, but it also turned out to be an exquisite piece of art - loved the cuts, stitching, and embellishments. Worst experience ever! Despite booking an appointment in advance, I had a very disappointing experience at this boutique. When we arrived, the guard initially refused to let us in because another party was inside. Only after we called the boutique number were we allowed entry. Even then, another party was being attended to. Instead of being properly accommodated, we were rushed into a small, almost dark side room with only one chair and told to wait. Although we had come to purchase a bridal dress, we were not shown the collection and were asked to wait until the other party left. Eventually, a single dress we had liked online was brought into that room, and the order and advance payment were taken there. The entire process felt poorly managed and uncomfortable. On the delivery date, communication was extremely poor. Calls were ignored or cut, and messages were replied to after long delays with minimal information. When I went to collect the dress, I was told it was not available yet and was asked to wait again. When I calmly expressed that this was unprofessional, the staff member became rude and started shouting, made insulting remarks, and spoke in a condescending manner. This behavior was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. A bridal boutique should provide professionalism, clear communication, and basic respect for customers. Unfortunately, this place failed on all three. I am leaving this review so others can make an informed decision before booking.
