The service that the store provided me was 1st Class; Didn't even have a slight problem while receiving my 1:24 RB19!! Although my piece had a slight suspension damage but ofc its not that big of a deal, as these things can quite happen; But they were quite responsive to that and paid me 20% of the money i.e. 700 back to my account!! I am happy that i found a store other than Hamleys, which has most of the rare scale models that i can buy!! I surely will buy more from them!!

One of the most unprofessional experiences in the recent past. The manager/owner at the cash register is so rude and dismissive that you feel like leaving what you want to buy and leave the store. Only go there if you want to pay money and be insulted.
