The place is road near to pune mumbai old highway . commercial complex but not well maintain . If looking for reasonable shop to own or rent will get here

Clean and peaceful temple. Little rush but it is obvious. More Crowdy on Saturday Sunday & Thursday. You can visit on any other days if want to aviod crowd. Now a days after lock down it is not that much crowded.

Building is at a prominent location however I don't like this because of two reason. 1. Lift is not operational most of the time. 2. Parking issue: getting a parking space for four wheeler that too on open road is very difficult.

Mayur Trade Center is situated in heart of Chinchwad village. It's main road touch commercial property. It includes a large number of offices and medical stores or pharma godowns. Main Problem is there is no proper parking place, it's heavy crowded spot. If you are visiting here, be careful about parking. Building structure is Okay condition yet but I think its not maintained properly by housekeeping staff. Not cleaned atmosphere here. Due to heavy rush, social distancing can be big issue here. All in one- It's good place for doing Business only

Ok place. Most of the shops are medical holesalers. Congested but paid parking is available. Some shops for women clothing store. Education institute are also present in the building.
