I think these reviews are very important and have assisted with me on deciding on what business I should give my hard-earned money to. It appears this is the 2nd time my experience for this business has been removed. I don’t know why nor has anyone from Google reached out to me in regards to it. However, my experience was so poor, I am taking the time once again to post my experience with this particular vendor. Terrible experience using them. I was a little hesitant to outsource the work to India but they were referred to me by one of my wife's co-workers and after speaking with the BA on the phone I decided to give them a try. It was the biggest mistake I could have made. They weren't able to complete the IOS phone app project in the time frame allotted but even more importantly, they didn't have the expertise required to do what they were hired to do. They would send me back very sloppy work including such simple things such as spelling errors when all the had to do is replicate the Android version. I can be somewhat understanding of some of the complexity so at the very least I would expect them to work with me on a settlement price because I needed to hire someone else who can do the work. I had asked them on numerous occasions to work with me and when that got nowhere I asked to speak with his management. I was literally ignored (maybe it's cultural to ignore this request when dealing with India) where they would disregard my request to speak with their boss. Finally, after literally weeks of asking, my contact at the company gave me the contact information of his employer. I emailed him twice and never received a response. My next step will be to go the BBB and file a complaint but I am not sure what that will done given the company is from another country. At the very least let them document it and hopefully this will alert others of the challenges associated with this business.
