I had ordered Mc Spicy Chicken Burger, but what received is not so satisfying . Not impressed with stuffing as well as taste. @McD please suggest something better next time. I am regular follower of Mc D for over a Decade now. But recently not impressive.

The tables were not cleared, and it was an experience of discomfort.. And the Staff was having communication issue while ordering our food. And also staffs knowledge of their own menu is not clear..

McDonald’s at Phoenix Mall of the Millennium is my go-to spot whenever I’m here for shopping or a movie. The outlet itself is neat and maintained well compared to some other branches I’ve been to. Seating can get tight during weekends or peak hours, but I usually manage to find a place without too much hassle. It’s also a good pit stop if you just want a quick snack while exploring the mall. What makes it even better is the location—right inside Phoenix Mall of the Millennium, so it’s super convenient. Whether I’m in the mood for a quick bite or just need to recharge during shopping, this McDonald’s is always a reliable choice.

I recently visited McDonald’s at Millennium Mall, Wakad, and had a great experience! The outlet was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were polite, quick, and ensured my order was served fresh and on time. The burgers and fries were perfectly cooked, and the coffee was just right. Loved the comfortable seating area and the overall cheerful atmosphere — a perfect spot to relax with friends or grab a quick bite. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s outlets around Wakad! 👏🍔🍟☕

I recently visited McDonald's at Millennium Mall, Wakad, and would like to share my feedback regarding the experience. During my visit, I noticed that the dining area was not well maintained. Several tables had used trays left behind, and the tables themselves were not properly cleaned, with oily residue and leftover sauces visible. This made it difficult to find a clean and comfortable place to sit. After placing our order, no staff member approached us to clean the table or check if any assistance was required. While the food service was ongoing, the lack of attention to cleanliness and table management affected the overall dining experience. McDonald's is generally known for maintaining good hygiene and service standards, which is why this experience was disappointing. I hope the management will look into this matter and take necessary steps to improve cleanliness and customer service at this outlet.

The best part is it is near to the lift. So it is easily accessible however the disappointment is they have less staff and the service is pretty slow inspite of ordering Self on the machine, the time to deliver the order too late. They need to increase the staff as per the size of this place.. rest they have a huge sitting space so we can enjoy with family and friends

We had organised our son’s bday party there … the mcd staff specially pooja and the others are really very helpfull and childrens enjoy very much with them and the game organised by them .. decoration are also pretty good amd the food is also served fast and fresh … we literally enjoyed very much there … thanks

When looking for a restaurant near a Bangalore and Mumbai highway. 1) Parking: This restaurant boasts ample parking space, ensuring easy access with a well-organized lot. The generous parking area allows for smooth maneuvering, making it convenient for patrons to park without hassle. 2) Dine-in : This two-floor restaurant is designed to accommodate a large number of guests, even during peak hours. With ample seating on both levels, it efficiently handles high traffic, ensuring a comfortable dining experience despite busy times. 3) Order Time : Orders are processed quickly, minimizing wait times and ensuring fast service. Efficient staff and streamlined kitchen operations keep the dining experience smooth and prompt.

I have never experienced such a bad quality fries and hygiene wise very bad .. they are using very bad quality oil as you can see in picture attached! Never expected this from a such big brand highly disappointed

I had a really good time and was very pleased with the staff, as they were very friendly and cooperative. We went with our little kid, and the staff engaged with himvery carefully. I appreciate their help, which allowed us to enjoy our meal and create good memories. As usual, the delicious McDonald's meal was perfect. Special thanks to the staff! :)

We went there on Sunday for dinner, the place was extremely crowded with painfully slow order processing. The food was okay though, we had chicken crispy and premium burgers with french fries & frape totalling 600+ Rs.

McDonald's Baner is a great place for a quick and satisfying meal. The food quality is consistent, and the service is always prompt. The staff is friendly, and the place is well-maintained. It's a convenient spot, for dining in . The menu has a good variety, and seems like everything is served fresh.

Few points to share - 1. I was unable to use McD voucher. They have not enabled the system here yet. 2. Sodexo scan or direct pay is not available. You need to carry the physical card. They have separate hall to celebrate parties. Also huge seating and different options are available. Unlike other McDs, kitchen is not visible.

People say this fast food restaurant offers tasty burgers and fries. They highlight the good value and convenient location. They also like the friendly staff and quick service. Good good

Visited McDonald’s at Phoenix Mall of the Millennium. The ambience was well-kept and inviting, and the staff was courteous. However, the self-ordering kiosk was not functioning smoothly, which slightly disrupted the experience. Still, a convenient and pleasant spot for a quick meal.

The ambiance and service are excellent. The food quality and taste are also very good. We were seated quickly, and the vibe is great too.
