Only visited a friend. The entrance into this residential complex is beautiful and well planned. There are security gates that prevent unwanted guests from entering the complex. You will need an OTP at the gate from the person you are visiting otherwise they may not let you inside. In this regard, it is a very secure place. There is massive underground parking at the different buildings with guest parking on the ground floor. Elevator access is available at all levels, but there are 1-2 steps at basement and ground level to get into the complex/access to the elevator space (for anyone looking at wheelchair access). The apartments vary from 2-4 BHK and are relatively small. All floors have ample open space and ventilation with views over Ahmedabad. There is a sports ground in the complex, and a good collection of paths for evening walks. There are food stalls, pharmacy, electronic shop, and other small shops near the entrance to the complex for basic necessities. That's all I noticed during my visit.

Best place to stay with family and friends Just need to improve ventilation and electrical meters of Block C.

Excellent living place in gated community

Living here since 2016. It used to be the best place to live. But now THE WORST place to live. Since the management is given to the society, this place is nothing but hell. Tenants are considered as second citizens. I wanted to buy an apartment here but chose not to. Tenants are paying 1000 to move in and 1000 to move out and no one is able to justify why they are paying these. They will try justify it by saying lift usage and access cards. If that's the case what is the purpose of owners paying maintenance. Plus they will cut the gas line, cut the intercom and cut the MyGate application whenever they want. So if someone is visit you, you will have to go downstairs to open the gate because it is locked and you can not unlock it from your apartment (intercom is switched off) You will see all the amenities like swimming pool and gym but tenants do not have access to that. Even though owner is paying full maintenance. Guess what owners have to pay extra to society to rent out their apartments.

after society hand over to society members no cleanness, no safe, no one is there to help with your query. no service even after u pay highest rate of maintenance,,,,, they cant handle a society ........ won't invest, not good for living...definitely not meadows ....

It's a residential area and the area is very well maintained and the property is also maintained and has good amenities .

Very nice maintained society and very nice greens and gardens, cool and silent atmosphere, healthy and hygienic atmosphere,I like to live here!

The Society administration is not responsive to the problems of residents. The lifts are DIRTY and smell of dog urine

Owner of F 1401 meadows shantigarm he is not returning your deposit back n he treats his tenant like dogs he don't know how to talk and after leaving his house he kept your full deposit for the sake of fake cleanings .... Guys don't trust this man ...

Wonderful and nice apartment building in ADANI SHANTIGRAM TOWNSHIP.

Good quality of life assured though some issues due to distance from main city of Ahmedabad but this will be solved with time.

Maintenance is now at a negligible level. Service elevator is dirty and stinking. Video call bell not functioning since 6 months
