City Centre Me'aisem

Really wonderful place to go shopping. They have a large collection of items, and the prices are very good. Lots of different stores are present here. And the winter wonderland is a Christmas treat, for friends, family and the little ones. There are a lot of attractions, rides and special shows which cater to the entire family.

been to city centre meaisem a few times now and its become my prefered mall over the bigger ones honestly. its the perfect size big enough to have all the essential stores but small enough that u dont get exhausted walking around for hours. carrefour is really well stocked and has pretty much everything u need for weekly grocery shopping. theres also enough clothing stores, a decent sports section and some electronics shops. food options are okay, not a massive food court but enough variety for a quick meal. what realy stands out is how stress free the whole experiance is parking is abundant and easy, no massive crowds to fight through, checkout lines move quickly. went there on a friday afternoon and it was busy but still totally managable wich would never happen at somewhere like dubai mall. the mall itself is clean and modern, good AC and well maintained facilities. pricing is standard across all stores, nothing cheaper or more expensive than other malls. only downside is if ur looking for high end luxury brands or entertainment like cinemas u wont find much here. but for everyday practical shopping its honestly perfect. def recommend for meaisem residents.

I love waiting for Winter Wonderland every year! It's amazing! The outdoor cinema, the games (they change every year), it's all so much fun! The food is great too! You can just take your kids and go - it's safe, they have movies for them while you get some shopping done at the mall. Only thing I didn't like was that if you buy food or drinks from the mall, you can't take it into Winter Wonderland - not allowed, even if they don't have it inside 😕

It’s located in IMPZ, one story shopping center. The carrefour branch is a major convenience for the local residents providing for daily necessities such as groceries, household items, health and beauty care products and etc. There are other brands outlets in shopping center also, but it is quite small for such a growing community.

Love the place , not a huge mall but easy , comfortable and very much convinced for quick shopper where i found all what is needed at medium space , big hyper market with a lot and verity of fresh food , bakery, fruits, vegetables and all what needed for grocery. Also there is exchange house, pharmacies,Indian restaurant Gazipo and other Arabic and Turkish restaurants, sweet shop , patchi chocolate, also ATM machines with cash and cheque deposit ADCB ATMs, also the most important is enough covered parking .

I absolutely love this mall! It has everything you need without being too much. It’s a one level, straight shot from one end to the other. There are restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, toy stores, a clothing store, kids play center, hyper market, salon, etc. This mall is only busy on the weekends. The best time to visit is Monday or Tuesday morning. All stores are stocked well and the place is empty. I love how they have added more covered parking to the lot. They also have women and children parking near the entrance.

Visited City Centre Me’aisem on Sunday, 17th May 2026 around 6 PM. It is disappointing that a mall this large has only one bench for people who genuinely need to sit and rest. Usually it is occupied by young people sitting on their phones, while pregnant women, elderly visitors, and determination people are left with nowhere to sit after shopping I checked both the mother & baby restroom and the determination people restroom. Unfortunately, both were too dirty to use and needed immediate cleaning. I had to personally call the cleaner. I hope management improves visitor comfort, seating availability, and restroom hygiene.

Very small mall. Don’t have enough stores with clothes. Big Carrefour. H&M. Paul and Starbucks. Have pharmacy and Du shop. And few more shops.

This city center is in IMPZ production city. Amazing small mall with almost enough brands. Winter lamd in this season is perfect place for pictures and kids to play. Parkings are available and free for now.

Peace and Calm place for those who really want to spend their time in shopping their specials. Less stores, so more attention you receive. This mall is more likely to be a family oriented and prioritize their needs. You will find branded stores like H&M, Boots and many more. I love shopping in branded stores to find new items with great deals and should say their Service is Mind blowing!

A well-planned, single-floor mall near my home with a decent-sized Carrefour that covers all daily needs. It has a good mix of food joints including Starbucks, McDonald’s, Laffah, Dunkin’, Subway, Gazebo, Tim Hortons, and more, making it convenient for quick bites or casual dining. Ample parking is available and access is easy, which is a big plus. There’s also a padel court nearby, adding to the overall lifestyle appeal. Comfortable, convenient, and practical for regular visits.

I actually enjoy coming here because it’s not overwhelming like the big malls. It’s simple, comfortable, and perfect when you just want to shop without spending hours walking around. I usually find everything I need, and I like that they keep adding new stores so the place never feels outdated

This city center has carrefour, max, some cafe like alice, mcd, quite less busy ,may be because its a bit high in price , other then this place have good options quite large parking and good shopping carts, Could be better if they add a small food court and seating area.

Очень хороший и удобный торговый центр. Во-первых линейная планировка очень удобная, никаких лабиринтов как в Dubai mall или Mall of the Emirates. Во-вторых народу не много, парковка большая и удобная. Для семейных отдельный бонус в виде детской игротеки с автоматами и аттракционами. Все необходимые линейки брендов есть, от бюджетных Splash и Max до средних типа H&M и итп. Кофейни, кафе и рестораны тоже имеются, голодным никто не останется. Бываем часто, всегда уходим с покупками. Для жителей JVC, JVT, IMPZ вообще идеальный вариант.

Great place, clean and well managed...but to be honest other than some restaurants and carrefour...here you can't find anything else usefull... i feel like go here looking at h&m well there are no options for man...u go to sun n sands no variety and limited options... go some other brands stock not available in this store...and list goes on...all shops other than carrefoure and some restaurants are useless here..and top of that its expensive as well...yet nothing much to do other than food and basic groceries...

مناسب للمنطقة فيه المحلات الأساسية وكارفور. لو يفتحون بس فيه سينما بيكتمل كل شي نحتاجه Suitable for the area — it has all the essential shops and Carrefour. If they just open a cinema, everything we need would be complete.

Lokasi yg bagus untuk jalan-jalan sore dan bisa dapat momen sunset yang keren banget, dekat dengan carefoure dan ada lokasi bermqin untuk anak-anak dan ada danau bisa untuk menikmati sunset sambil duduk santai dan berfoto.
