أود أن أشارك تجربتي مع الدكتور فتحي أبو بكر بعد إجرائي عملية ترميم للأنف لديه. بصراحة، الدكتور في قمة الاحترافية والدقة، ونتيجة العملية فاقت توقعاتي من حيث الشكل الطبيعي والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل. أكثر ما يميز الدكتور هو المتابعة المستمرة بعد العملية وحرصه الحقيقي على راحة المريض ورضاه عن النتيجة. حتى في أوقات الازدحام وكثرة المراجعين، يبقى التعامل راقٍ والتنظيم واضح. برأيي، إذا كانت العيادة مزدحمة وفيها انتظار، فهذا أكبر دليل على ثقة الناس به وكفاءة عمله، وهو فعلاً يستحق الوقت الذي تنتظره من أجله. أنصح به بكل ثقة لمن يفكر في عملية ترميم الأنف او الجيوب الانفية اللحمية او اي مشكلة اخرى في الانف I would like to share my experience after undergoing a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Fathi Abu Bakr. Honestly, he is highly professional, detail-oriented, and the results exceeded my expectations in terms of natural appearance and precision. What truly stands out is his continuous follow-up and genuine care for his patients after surgery. Even when the clinic is busy and there is some waiting time, the service remains professional and well organized. In my opinion, a busy clinic is a clear sign of trust and excellent results. قبل ما اكتب رائيي عن العياده اصريت انتظر على الاقل خمس شهور عشان احاول ماظلم حد في هذي التجربه … حالياً كملت خمس اشهر تقريباً من عملية الانف عند دكتور فتحي عملية واشوفها فاشله وغير ناجحه ولو يرد الوقت فيني ماعملتها .. ابدا من قل المصداقيه ؟ ولا عن التعامل في العياده ؟ ولا المواعيد الضيم بشكل عام صفر من عشره وماعرف على ايش العياده زحمه فاشله فاشله فاشله وشكراً .

Dr. Fathi is the best doctor. He treated my nasal deviation, removed the nasal polyps, and also treated my mother’s sinus problems. I always come back to him for follow-ups and treatment from time to time. Alhamdulillah, after the surgery I am very satisfied with everything. Highly recommended.

اليوم اول مره دخلت العياده عند دكتور نبيل مال الأذن والأنف والحنجرة دكتور فاهم شغله شكرا لباقي الطاقم ابضاً ماقصرو والاستقبال . واللي ف الصيدلية بعد كانو سريعين وحلويين

الصراحه وبدون مجامله افضل دكاتره سواء عمليه او استشاره انشهد اني بعد العمليه حسيت بالنفس الي كنت منحرم منه تعدل نومي والصداع والاكسجين للمخ ونت مرتاح وبيض الله وجه الدكتور فتحي ابو بكر والدكتور حدو عبدالله راقين في عملهم ومخلصين واسلوبهم احلا واحلا

خدمة سيئة جداً اخدت ابني حرارتو ٤٠ و اتصلت فيهم خبروني فيك تجي بس وصلت خبروني مافينا نستقبلك لان الدكتور معاد يستقبل أطفال

Very bad customer service in pharmacy, waited 20min in pharmacy then told me they would deliver and then waited more than 3 hrs for delivery despite multiple calls and messages!!

Dr. Anwar is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly kind and caring, and as her patient, I felt truly listened to and valued. Her warm and friendly approach immediately put me at ease, and I left feeling relieved, reassured, and happy. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. I can confidently say she is the best doctor I’ve ever had.

انصح بهم . خدمة العملاء الاستاذة ريم قمة في الذوق و الاحترام ساعدتني جداً وامنتلي تقاريري في دقائق في الوتساب و لو اي حد غير هالانسانة كان ببساطة قلي لازم تجي المستشفى تاخذهم . كل الاحترام للكادر المنتقى بعناية .

You should have updated your Ramadan timings either on google or on the answering machine, i tried calling several times today and when I arrived I found out that the clinic is closed on Friday in Ramadan

عملت عمليه مع دكتور فتحي . بدي اشكره لأنه بعد العمليه الحمدلله بتنفس كتير منيح . و بحب اشكر قسم الاستقبال اللطيف و الكول سنتر الأكثر من رائع على مساعده الكبيرة و خصوصًا الأستاذة نادين تحياتي لكل العاملين .

This place is horrible.I’m very disappointed with the service here. I’ve been trying to contact the clinic multiple times, but no one answers the phone. I also requested sick leave certificate for my son after visiting the doctor and still haven’t received it, despite following up several times. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional to ignore patients who rely on timely documentation for school. I expected much better communication and basic courtesy from a healthcare provider.

I visited an ENT doctor because I was very tired. He prescribed medicine, but after a week I still felt the same tired, coughing, congested, with no improvement. When I called, he changed the medicine, but after two more days my condition didn’t improve. I contacted the hospital and asked for antibiotics, as the doctor had mentioned earlier that they would be added if I didn’t get better. Instead, the nurse told me the doctor wanted me to come again for an X-ray. I felt this was unnecessary, as I knew my condition needed antibiotics. I was very upset and told the nurse I would change the doctor. No one got back to me afterward. This experience felt more like a commercial process than proper medical care, and I believe the issue should be addressed.

مبدئياً تجربتي كانت جيدة مع الطبيبة العامة سوزي عملت فحوصات شاملة عندهم يسوون تحليل البصمة الغذائية print food والتأمين عندي ما يغطيها تكلفت الفحص هذا 2800درهم وخذت استشارة من الطبيبة الجلدية روبا أسلوبهم جيد والموظفين متعاونين

Zero respect and impolite manner by sales girls and they should not be allowed to be in the clinic. Will never recommend this clinic to any .
