They took care of every detail including my visa application, booking and co-ordinating medical and dental treatment, as well as all my transport, hotel and tourist needs. I had the best medical experience with MedPal trip Support, thanks to Yasi. She treated me with so much respect and was always available whenever I called her. What stood out the most is that she wasn’t just there for medical reasons, she was truly by my side throughout the whole process. Yasi even took the time to give me a tour and show me around the city, which made me feel cared for on a personal level too. Her kindness, availability, and support went above and beyond my expectations. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend MedPal Support.

Was a pleasure to deal with this company, I came from Australia and the process and everything was very easy and simple, it was worth the trip in Tehran one of the best cities in the world. Can’t thank Yazi enough for her help and support she guided me and my wife through everything from start to finish, very easy to contact on WhatsApp and speaks great English answers our calls any time of the day, constantly contacted us when we got back to Australia to check in on how we’re doing and making sure post surgeries was settling well i recommend dealing with Yazi for sure.
