This was one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. The hospital appears to care far more about charging foreigners high prices than actually providing proper patient care. From the moment we arrived, everything felt disorganized, unprofessional, and focused on money.
The pricing was completely unreasonable for the quality of service provided. Every small thing came with another charge, and it honestly felt like they were trying to push unnecessary treatments and medications just to increase the bill. I was prescribed medication that did not even seem necessary for the issue, and there was very little proper explanation given.
One of the biggest problems was communication. For a hospital dealing with international patients, the level of English spoken by some doctors and staff was surprisingly poor. It was difficult to understand important medical information, ask questions, or feel confident about the treatment being given. In a medical setting, clear communication is extremely important, and this hospital failed badly in that area.
The staff attitude was also disappointing. Many employees seemed impatient, dismissive, or uninterested in actually helping patients. Instead of feeling cared for, I felt stressed, ignored, and uncomfortable throughout the visit. The environment felt chaotic and unorganized, especially considering how expensive everything was.
The waiting times were long, the administration process was confusing, and there was no sense of professionalism or genuine care. The hospital markets itself as high quality, but the actual experience was far below expectations.
I would absolutely not recommend this hospital, especially for tourists or foreigners expecting international standards. There are much better places to seek medical treatment where patients are treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism instead of feeling like a source of money.
