Worst staff. Incharge person is waste fellow. For each and every transaction forcefully he will ask phone number from each customer. He will give vague answer for customer FAQ. He will treat customers like begger. Sincere advise to Medplus management better to change this person to retain Medplus name.

The guy at incharge or maintainance at this (med plus mei layout bagalagunte) is too arrogant, impolite and impatience raising voice over costumers including females this is not the first time..... The management has to take severe action on him

The worst experience. The person who is inchrage of the shop. Who is short and lean. He is very rude to customer. I had been to get medicine worth 602 rps. I gave him 700 rps. He asked me for 2rps change, as I wasn't having change, he said I also don't have change. You can go he said. Is this the way to treat the customer. He is actually making the med plus, company to have less profit. Doing this kind of behavior. I will never visit the shop. And I will inform my known people to never to visit the shop.
