Medicines that I purchase are mostly in stock. Although there are three counters available, never have I seen all three to be active. Also, placing an order is very slow and needs to be improved. Once, I was also handed over an incorrect medicine when I had specified the same, I had to later exchange it which was an inconvenience. Ignoring the one-time fumble, the place is generally good to buy medicines from.

Worst service lacking customer centric approach! No follow up, no reminders, no updates regarding the paid orders. Despite requesting home delivery there was no response. Had to visit the store thrice for pickup. Pathetic service!
