Visited this center for a biometric update in Aadhaar. Unfortunately, there's only one active counter for Aadhaar services, managed by a staff member who was not only uncooperative but extremely slow. A simple task took over two hours. Despite having around eight other counters, most staff were idle while customers were left waiting unnecessarily. The entire experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time. To add to it, the premises were poorly maintained with no sense of cleanliness or hygiene. Unless absolutely necessary, it’s best to avoid this center

I spoke with one the team person Sultana over phone call twice. She is very polite and provided needful information regarding Birth certificate. I am really happy for that.

I am giving 4 stars for their excellent work related to utility bill payments, tax payment, challan payment, issue of birth, death and marriage certificate apart from above most importantly an Aadhar centre is here for new enrollment or any updation. All work is done within a minute. The staff are very cooperative. I went for Aadhar new enrollment and it's done in 10 min. Thanks for the services provided to the public. Please work the same way with more efficiently.

Fast service for Aadhaar new enrollment and update. * The gentleman at that counter no.1 is very helpful and cooperative, thank you sir. * You need to take appointment before you go there, download T App Folio for appointments, Rs 10 per appointment * Rs. 100 per head for enrollment or update

Not doing the work they tell go here and there then whats the point this meseva centre . I have done aadhar name change 6 months ago and now for my friend they are telling it cannot be done go any other meseva this meeseva sometimes they according to them not govt. not a good experience

Very rude behavior with Customer. Those who are coming late with forms they are giving fastest service to them. Me and my father asked for new form he asked us to wait till 3pm which is insane and not at all cooperative behavior of that fellow employee.

I am writing on Musheerabad MeeSeva service, I recently visited for the enrolment update of aadhaar the rude staff towards the people doing delays, and technical problems arise while doing , making citizens worry at the service center. Please take a necessary step for the betterment of people.

Worst service I came for enrolledment of son 1 st they form are finish cone afternoon know it’s 3:30 they r in lunch brake what the govt doing ppl suffer no response at all plz my request to look after dis branch specially ladies staff talk unprofessional illiterates zero rate is also more for these branch

No Need of T App Folio appointment ( 10rs waste ), no confirmation of booking. For any update they take a took or update any other bio and ask for 100rs ( be ready for paying 100rs instead of 50rs), Booked slot at 4:10pm but my aadhar processing started at 5:15pm ( first come first serve, no usage of appointments )

Very rude behavior Especially who are working at aadhar enrollment cabin... Daily they are saying aadhar correction forms over , forms over then they should atleast say the timings of that aadhar correction forms distribution right... they simply saying that come tomorrow come tomorrow. what is the purpose of coming every day...???

I had a disappointing experience at the Meeseva Centre. The shortage of available appointments made it incredibly frustrating to access their services. This lack of availability needs to be addressed to ensure better customer service. Government must intervene for public. From 5am -9am public is waiting for appointments then number will come around 11-1pm. Meeseva must Increase staff & counters for Adhar Card. Apart from that, at counter Mr. Ravi and his colleagues are taking people who are coming through agents. Government must check CCTV and investigate these unusual activities at the Center. Maybe money laundering involve in these matters.

It's not worth to give even 1 star, if there is anything less than 1star, i would opt for that, I had very bad experience in this meeseva centre, the people over there are very lazy, they don't even have the basic knowledge about any services that are available in the Telangana government portal....I had come across one stupid fellow,who was doing all online services, I went there for my property tax online application purpose, he don't we know the procedure and started blaming me that u have not come with required documents and all, I have logged in thrice and all he was saying to me and his staff over there...and finally he completed the process and then he says u have to pay full amount only cash for this service...I was pissed off with his behaviour and came out , without paying...so please i request everyone not to go to this Mee seva centre and if possible everyone please try to complain on this Mee seva centre to higher authorities... please everyone take action on these kind of centres which are working with our paid taxes....

Helpdesk chair on the right empty. Aadhaar slot booking chair on left empty. Enrollment operators behave as if they are doing free service and not paid salary. They need training in soft skills.

Good place. Very good helpful staff especially no waiting time for senior citizens. But parking is the only issue. Even though enough parking is there, visitors are parking n blocking main entrance. No security to maintain parking

Rude staff, I filled AUF form and handed over to the staff member handling the Adhaar counter and he says it cannot be updated and asked to talk to some lady in some other counter who was extremely rude...if you can't help the customer then don't work in a job related to customer services....She says they will not do it and get some form filled by some authority in Panjagutta....even though they can update it but they simply decided they don't want to
