Great service! Fast response time! Had to take my elderly mom in for an ultrasound, enquired that they have a machine located in the ground floor which is helpful for those who cannot climb stairs. Also mentioned to them while taking an appointment that she won't be able to wait for long due to bladder control issues and they really did give a good diagnoses and super quick results.

Went for sonography but found the doctor is new and he is not aware about the procedure and calculations. Feels like waste of money. On second scan doctor is very kind, giving each and every information about scan. Would like to recommend centre only if same doctor available.

I recently had an ultrasound at Megalmaging Centre, and I must say, the experience was exceptional! The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. They took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The sonographer was highly skilled and made me feel at ease during the examination. The ambience was calming and clean, which added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Megalmaging Centre for their outstanding sonography service, and I'll definitely be returning for any future imaging needs.

I came for ECG ,didn’t work their machine properly,gents staff is coming in that room by 3/4 times ,not good machine not good staff ,not reasonable rates .go for another lab .very poor machinery

Slow and unprofessional process followed at centre which needs improvement. At the time of patient visit for the Scan , it was told that the medical recipe would be sent directly to the hospital. When same was checked it was not done and on enquiry the relatives were asked to visit the centre to collect the same. There is no centralised documents system is kept since when checked at the reception for the required documents, the receptionist told that there is an another system which is with doctor and they will share the same. In ideal scenario waiting to just collect a receipt for more than 30 mins is not the professional way to deal with scenario.

Excellent in service really a hospital system. MRI price and rates are lowest cost people can offordable clean and hygiene are excellent and particularly staff are very well in caring the patient, strongly recommend all people.

bad experience..Dr doesn't wait for patients to get water pressure before calling them for USG and he doesn't communicate with patient.. not interested knowing why you have come, whats happening to you, what is he finding in USG.. nothing.. he'll just roll USG device on stomach for 2-3 minutes and that's it..he is done.. waste of hard earned money

Ek number ka 3rd class center hai... Service very bad. Ek aadami subah ke 10 baje ka gya 2 baje sonography hoti hai... Jyada pesent bhi nhi hai fir bhi.... Aur vaha ki mausi very bad vaha jane se achcha insaan kahi aur chala jaye..... Vaha jana. Matlab jaldi aana hai to bhool jao ....😡😡😡😡.

It was a very bad experience with this diagnostic center. We had waited for almost 1.5 hours and it was not at all informed to us. We repeatedly asked receptionist to confirm how much time it will take but they are just pushing the time by 5 mins. Other patients were also irritated with this behavior. The staff was very unprofessional and negligent.

Totally satisfied with the service. Experienced Doctors and staff, good patient care, friendly environment, cooperation was great. Over all service was great 🌟.

Stay away from this place. The staff carries attitude like we are slaves.I forgot a receipt and requested to either mail me or WhatsApp.I was clearly told by the fat receptionist that I have to come just to take the receipt. I had to drive down all the way from Panvel...

This is the most pathetic place where only money is concern. Staff is so irresponsible that they are not bother about the patient but only bother for money. Very worst experience. I would suggest not to go in such place where you do not get the services.
