Extremely Unprofessional – Worst Medical Store Experience I’ve had a terrible experience with this medical store multiple times. They constantly send wrong medicines, and instead of apologizing or fixing their mistake politely, they blame the customer and even shout at us. They are also extremely careless with delivery. Even after informing them many times about the correct address, they keep delivering to the wrong location, and then we have to waste our time calling them again and again to sort it out. It’s frustrating how much time and effort it takes to fix something that’s their fault. They once kept calling me repeatedly just because I was five minutes late with an online payment, but when they mess up, there’s no urgency or responsibility on their part. To make it worse, I’ve noticed they charge extra, and I’ve even received what seemed like fake or expired medicines. For a place dealing with health and people’s lives, this level of carelessness and arrogance is shocking. Even though they claim to have customer support, it’s useless—no accountability at all. Please do not trust this store for your medical needs. They are unreliable, rude, and highly unprofessional.

Worst experience from Shankar lane branch the delivery boy is so rude and he was not giving discount also. Worst experience ever ordered from here for so many years and this is what they offer. I know that but the delivery boy was not ready to listen and talked very rudely. My order total was 338

Great shop to buy medicines as they offer 10% discount on bill amount below Rs 200 and above that 15% you would get all possible supply of medicines over here as their store room is very big. They even provide home delivery since ages without any minimum order amount

Pathetic service, very rude owner.. no manners to talk with the old customer... I regularly buy from this store but when it comes to taking returns, the answer will directly be that this is not purchased from here because it has no tags inspite of finding the product in the records..... the owner talks extremely rudely with zero cooperation or consideration no manners.. Don't buy anything from this medical there are many better options right next to this bad medical shop

Only disappointed While paying money with GPay n Or Phonepay they charge 2% kindly Work out on this !
