باید در قسمت تشنابها و سرویس بهداشتی توجه جدی و اساسی کنند. همین طور برای رفاه حال مراجعین در فضای بیرون باید چوکی های بزرگ قرار داده شود. مشکل یا چالش بعدی، توجه جدی به رفع خرابی و قطع سیستم‌های کامپیوتری می باشد که گاهی اوقات در طول روز سه یا چهار مرتبه‌ سیستم غیرفعال می شوند

The employees are arrogant and busy with their phones rather than preforming their work. There are no reception or information desk. No restrooms. No facilities at all. Very poor management even though they collect a lot of money from people. I am talking about the main office as well as the Khoshal Khan Brunch.

Place where they give you I.D cards and they are very efficient too

National statistics and information authority's (NSIA) site office/Head office, as I heard that ID cards are printed there. Individuals who wanna change personal specifications in their National Smart ID are subjected to visit this place by receiving an order (Ahkaam in local language) from the head/General Director of NSIA, processing page/sign/office work, finally we may have your corrected new NID. About the setup, there is contested. You can't find proper and updated sign boards to guide you towards the specific office. The number of visitors is usually high due to which you may face mismanagement, unusual delay and even wrong procedure implemented on your documents. It will be good to have a face mask while entering the mentioned Center. Some places smell nasty and musty.

You can get the duplicate copy of your eNID Card in case lost or damaged it.
