ما دیروز مهمان Menak Restaurant در خیابان ظفر بودیم. با اینکه رستوران در ابتدای ظفر قرار دارد، اما به دلیل تو‌رفتگی زیاد از بیرون اصلاً مشخص نیست که چه فضای بزرگ و جذابی داخل مجموعه وجود دارد و اگر معرفی نشده بودیم شاید متوجه وسعتش نمی‌شدیم. در بدو ورود یک کافه شیشه‌ای می‌بینید، اما با ادامه مسیر وارد حیاط مجموعه می‌شوید و ناگهان یک رستوران بزرگ با سازه تمام‌شیشه‌ای روبه‌رویتان قرار می‌گیرد. فضای داخلی بسیار زیبا و مدرن طراحی شده و یک تلویزیون بزرگ روی نمای شیشه‌ای تصاویر جذابی پخش می‌کند. شنیدیم شب‌ها دی‌جی هم دارند که حتماً فضا را هیجان‌انگیزتر می‌کند. میزها از قبل با سرویس کامل چیده شده بود و در مجموع وایب بسیار مثبت و دلنشینی داشت. پیش‌غذا: سوپ قارچ بسیار خوش‌طعم با قارچ‌های درشت و تزئین زیبا سرو شد؛ کمی متمایل به شیرین بود که با لیمو کاملاً بالانس می‌شد. اسپرینگ رول هم بسیار خوشمزه بود؛ خمیر دست‌ساز، کاملاً برشته و چیپسی‌مانند با سسی خوش‌طعم در کنار کاهو. تنها نکته اینکه مواد داخلی می‌توانست کمی بیشتر باشد. غذای اصلی: شیشلیک عالی بود؛ از نظر طعم، کیفیت گوشت، میزان چربی و حجم کاملاً رضایت‌بخش و شامل شش تکه قابل‌توجه با دورچین مرتب. راویولی در سس سبز خوشمزه‌ای سرو شد اما خمیر آن کمی ضخیم و سفت بود که باعث می‌شد مواد داخلی کمتر حس شود. این نکته را همان‌جا منتقل کردیم و گفتند بررسی خواهند کرد. نوشیدنی‌ها: بر پایه موز بودند و طعم طبیعی و سالمی داشتند. گفتند از شکر یا افزودنی مصنوعی استفاده نمی‌کنند که نکته مثبتی بود. سرویس: پرسنل بسیار خوش‌برخورد، سریع و حرفه‌ای بودند و مرتب میزان رضایت را جویا می‌شدند. در مجموع تجربه خوبی داشتیم و از میزبانی مجموعه سپاسگزاریم. 🌿✨ We were guests yesterday at Menak Restaurant on Zafar Street. Although the restaurant is located at the beginning of Zafar Street, due to its deep setback from the main road, you can’t really tell from the outside how large and impressive the interior space is. If we hadn’t been introduced to it beforehand, we probably wouldn’t have realized how spacious it is. At the entrance, you first see a glass café area, but as you continue along the pathway, you enter the courtyard and suddenly face a large, beautifully designed glass-structured restaurant. The interior is modern and stylish, and there is a large screen on the glass façade displaying attractive visuals. We also heard that they have a DJ at night, which must make the atmosphere even more lively. The tables were already fully set, and overall the vibe was very positive and pleasant. Appetizers: The mushroom soup was delicious, nicely presented, and served with large pieces of mushroom. It was slightly sweet, but a bit of lemon perfectly balanced the flavor. The spring rolls were very tasty as well. The dough seemed handmade, crispy, and chip-like, served over lettuce with a flavorful sauce. The only suggestion would be to add a bit more filling inside. Main Courses: The shishlik was excellent — great flavor, well-balanced fat, generous portion size, and six substantial pieces served with a neat garnish. The ravioli was served in a delicious green sauce; however, the pasta dough was quite thick and firm, which made it harder to enjoy the filling inside. We shared this feedback with the staff, and they said they would pass it on. Drinks: We ordered two banana-based drinks. The taste was natural and good. They mentioned that no sugar or artificial additives are used, which we appreciated. Service: The staff were very polite, attentive, and efficient. They regularly checked on us and listened carefully to our feedback. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and thank the restaurant for their warm hospitality. ✨ ُنّا ضيوفًا في Menak Restaurant في شارع ظفر، وكانت تجربة جميلة جدًا. من الخارج لا يظهر حجم المكان، لكن في الداخل مطعم كبير بتصميم زجاجي أنيق وأجواء مميزة. شوربة الفطر والسبرينغ رول كانا لذيذين، والشيشليك ممتاز من حيث الطعم والحجم. الرافيولي كانت صلصته لذيذة لكن العجين كان سميكًا قليلًا. المشروبات طبيعية بدون سكر مضاف، والخدمة ممتازة والطاقم ودود ومحترف. بشكل عام تجربة رائعة ونشكرهم على حسن الاستقبال.
