Meow Pet Clinic

I took my cat to this grooming center, knowing she can be a bit anti-social and occasionally aggressive. However, we’ve had much better experiences at other grooming centers in different cities and even countries—where the staff were gentle and quick, finishing nail trims in just a few minutes without distress. Here, it was the opposite. One of the two ladies held my cat roughly—gripping both the back of her head (incorrectly and too tightly) and her hind legs at the same time. This only made her more stressed. The other trimmed her nails while she was clearly panicking. There was no effort to calm her down or handle her with care. The whole thing felt rushed and forceful, and both my cat and I left the place shaken. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with a sensitive or anxious pet. Three stars because they handled my other cat well who is calm and the grooming area was clean.

I brought my 2-month-old kitten to this clinic twice after she began showing serious symptoms — vomiting, extreme lethargy, and loss of appetite. Despite these being classic signs of Feline Panleukopenia Virus (FPV), no blood tests were performed, and she was given only general medications, with no clear diagnosis or urgency. Later, I took her to another, more reputable clinic, where they immediately did blood work. She was diagnosed with FPV, and her WBC count was critically low — just 0.4. This required urgent intervention, including IV fluids, antibiotics, and a WBC booster, which were started right away. What’s frustrating is that the symptoms she had were textbook FPV, and yet this first clinic neither ran a simple blood test nor considered giving a WBC booster. These actions are standard protocol in such cases. It should have been their responsibility to investigate further — not just send us home without a clear diagnosis while her condition worsened. Also worth noting: the head doctor was present during our visits, but from what I observed, he wasn’t directly involved. He always walked around and did not supervise the juniors/assistants or step in to review the case. It felt like the situation was handled too casually, despite the obvious severity. Sadly, my kitten passed away after days of fighting in intensive care. I truly believe that earlier testing and correct treatment could have saved her life. I’m writing this review not out of anger, but to raise awareness

I recently visited Meow Pet Clinic with an emergency case, and they handled it with exceptional care and focus. Thanks to their diligent efforts, the cat is now on the road to recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Arsalan and encourage others to visit their clinic for emergencies and other veterinary needs.

Dr Arsalan is the best vet you could ever find, highly qualified professional. He does his job in a very professional manner, shadow had internal bacterial infection. He helped us to cure severe infection, now she is so active Alhamdulillah. Amazing 🤩

Specifically i would like to mention, Their female doctors are quite well trained . My pet was extremely sick and was suffering from severe diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration. The staff was very cooperative and guided me through everything, moreover they also were always available when I updated them via text regarding the next course of action. Dr arslan and all the other doctors checked him thoroughly, did all the blood tests and I am soo grateful for their efforts. Alhamdullilah now my pet is recovering and that was only possible because of their dedication. My experience with meow pet clinic was amazing and I would Highly recommend it to everyone.

I recently got my 11 months old kitten neutered from Meow Pet and the experience was perfect! They treated my cat very well, from anaesthetic care to post surgery details; everyone was really professional and kind, and my cat was treated very gently. The staff is also very knowledgeable; the post-surgery wound care did not include any infection causing powder or ointment (unlike most vets), only iodine cleansing because of which the wound healed perfectly in about 4 days without any complications. The cost for their treatments are also affordable for most pet parents and the post surgery injections were free (this was a surprise for me because I have had two of my other cats neutered and had to pay for the post-surgery injections) Highly recommended, definitely my permanent vet from now on.
