I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this café! The team, (Sadeesh, Vihanga, and Tiran) were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Their service truly made the atmosphere feel welcoming. The caramel coffee was amazing and perfectly balanced. I also tried the croissants and the cookie, and both were fantastic with a unique, delightful taste that set them apart from the usual pastries you find elsewhere. Everything from the service to the flavors was exceptional. Highly recommend this place! ☕🥐🍪✨

One of the best specialty coffee spots I’ve visited in Dubai. The team is genuinely passionate about what they do and it shows in every cup. I picked up their El Salvador San Agustin and Ethiopia Kaffa, and both were exceptional - rich aroma, clean flavors, and beautifully balanced profiles. The service is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you choose the right beans. The atmosphere is calm and minimal, making it a great place to enjoy a proper coffee moment. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates quality coffee and attention to detail.

A serious coffee destination. Carefully roasted beans, precision extraction, and top-tier machines handled by skilled baristas who truly understand coffee. Every cup is balanced, clean, and intentional. A well-designed space, professional team, and fair prices that reflect real quality — not hype. This is where passion, consistency, and craftsmanship come together.

We tried avocado toast and spicy flat tuna with drip coffee. I liked their way of displaying coffee by let you smell the coffee beans. Their food, coffee and atmosphere were great. Thanks a lot. Will definitely come again when visiting Dubai

a lot of nice coffee places in Dubai, but this one is really great. More intimate, peaceful music, the team is really kind, very welcoming and good advices, and this is REAL coffee. Furniture and colours make it very heart warming. I go there when I search for a cocoon place

Love being around at The Coffee Merchant. Their whole concept and blends of different coffees is exceptional. My favourite one is extra hot skinny cappuccino with less milk and the guys here know how to make the best. I spend time at the coffee shop almost everyday whenever I’m in the city. Simple and minimalist ambience is pretty soothing. All the best to the wonderful and always welcoming staff.

Ambiance was really good especially the service mainly because of Ali, Pubudu, Tisara and Mel who really made our stay nice. Their coffee is really amazing esp. tabacco bourbon.

Everything was incredible! Staff are so kind and attentive. Althougj expensive its totally worth it. Drinks and food were both a 10/10 we will definitely be back!

Haven’t tried food yet but it’s my absolute favorite place to go for a matcha, relax or also work a bit and listen to music I’ve never heard in a coffee shop before I’ve had coffee and matcha and the quality is next level. You can tell from the moment you see their “slogan” from outside, they really care about an elevated coffee experience The atmosphere is also great because the personnel are attentive at all times, very friendly and after going off course many times, they already know what I’m going to order The decor is nice as well, very esthetic but not weird esthetic and the best once again, is the music. In the afternoons it’s different than in the mornings, they choose this carefully

Quaint little shop with small selection of food as they’re primarily focused on coffee. Store is clean with nice white and wood aesthetics.

By now, I’ve drink more than 20 coffees at the merchant, while staying in business bay and truly love this place. Great quality coffee, tasty menu. The place is nice and cozy to work, or just to sit and chill. Now, most importantly, the staff is extremely kind, professional and attentive to details! Totally worth the stop! Until next time!

We had a Brazillian Americano, Ethiopian V60, and a Brownie. The Americano was too weak for my liking, and V60 was over-roasted (burnt). But then again, I am a bit of a coffee snob. The brownie was good. Staff are wonderful. The atmosphere is perfect for reading or remote working.

What a great cozy speciality coffee shop! Great freshly and roasted coffee! A yummy colombian Tuncan Margo natural processed V60 with homemade cookies! This is how you should start your day!

Muy rico todo y precios correctos en comparación con los precios que hay en Dubai. El servicio muy amable pero algo lento. Además solo hay carta online donde pides mediante tablet y no es tan comodo como elegirlo sentado comodamente.
