⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed here during a layover and was genuinely impressed. The location close to Dubai International Airport makes everything easy — check-in is smooth and you're not wasting precious transit time commuting into the city. The dining options are a highlight. Five to six themed restaurants (Chinese, Thai, Italian, English) all executed well, and the breakfast buffet is comprehensive, beautifully presented, and served with real attentiveness in an elegant space. The rooms deserve special mention. After a 15-hour flight, walking into a bed with pristine linen and a goose-down duvet was everything. The cleanliness throughout the room was exceptional — the kind you genuinely notice, not just assume. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. Shoutout to Rita (Guest Service Specialist) — professional, warm, and attentive despite the time constraints of a layover stay. She made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. One honest note: the hallways are quite busy and carry noise. As a light sleeper, I did notice it. Worth requesting a quieter room if that's a concern for you. Overall — excellent choice for layovers or extended stays. Strongly recommend this spot

Mixed feelings and impressions. They have a nice hotel lobby. Decent valet parking services. Nice walks. Well! Kinda. The rooms could be nice if you're in the Royal Club. Otherwise, they're regular. The bathrooms are nice. I didn't like their breakfast. It's well below average in my books. The location is next to Dubai International Airport.

First of all, the breakfast foods were absolutely phenomenal with so many different things I’ve been longing try finally getting the chance to try new foods. Second of all, the Spa Pool. Me and my sister did light swims while my brother didn’t join us in the Spa pool, the water accidentally got in to my mouth, it did not taste like water AT ALL! It tasted very weird and disgusting. And guess what happened next? After we got home, me and my sister started getting really bad throat pains, and after about 2 days, we got very sick, my fingernails were turning blue at times, and my heart started beating so quickly, but the worst part is the timing, I had to go through this severe sickness and bacteria while writing my MAIN EXAMS! I’m constantly tired as well, even after getting good sleep. But guess what? My brother didn’t get in the pool and he was perfectly fine. So is that really a coincidence? I am absolutely devastated, the Spa Pool has affected my sickness so bad I’ve been doing bad in my own Exams. Finally, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is amazing! The scent is just perfection.

J’ai passé une nuit au Méridien avant de reprendre un vol en matinée (à peine 5min de trajet jusqu’à l’aéroport) L’hôtel dispose d’un excellent rapport qualité prix : joli espace de piscine et jardin arboré, sélection d’une dizaine de restaurants proposant des mets internationaux et sens du service impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, joliment décorées et dotées d’une excellente literie. Une belle recommandation pour une arrivée ou un départ matinal de Dubai.

This review is about the hotel gym. It’s not meant to be a negative review. The fitness floor itself is excellent. Boxing area, functional strength training, full cardio and weights section, swimming pool. It has everything you could want and I go multiple times a week because of it. But the washrooms and shower area are a genuine health hazard. Mold and fungus cover the ceiling, the corners, the crevices, and the tiles, which are dark green and black throughout. This isn't surface dirt. This is deep, unchecked mold growth that management has repeatedly tried to hide by painting over it instead of actually treating it. You can see exactly where they've done this, and the mold comes back every time. The fittings are old and failing, and the shower water has a persistent unpleasant smell. For a gym people visit to improve their health, asking members to shower in a mold-infested washroom is unacceptable. I want to be clear: this is not meant to be a negative review. This is a direct communication with management. I genuinely love this facility and everything it offers on the gym floor. Hope the management takes care of this asap

فندق جميل وممتاز ، الخدمة عالية جدا ، الموظفين بشوشين جدا ، تعامل احترافي ، مساحة الفندق كبيره وممتازة ، بصراحة من الفنادق المميزة عندي ، ولكن يوجد شيء واحد مع الأسف ان اللاونج كوني من أعضاء الماريوت فئه بلاتينيوم مع هذا الامتياز إلا ان اللاونج يغلق الساعة (١٢) مساء وهذا فندق المطار لماذا ؟ بالاضافه إلى ان اللاونج لايقدم الكثير من الطعام فقط السوائل ، لماذا ؟ وفقي ساعتين فقط ( هابي اور ) . المفروض ان تقديم الطعام فيه يكون على ٣ اوقات المعروفه .

I haven’t stayed in the rooms but I have a membership for the gym which I do give a thumbs up too, I find it a little pricey but it’s better then the gym I have in my accommodations. They have a yoga rooms, area for calestenics, matted area for boxing/MMA, then a strip of stair master machines & treadmills then the section with machines, benches, squat racks, cables and pull up bar, dumbbells and etc! I like that whenever I go (usually end of the day) I see them cleaning it pretty thoroughly which is a big plus to me. They are definitely missing a few machines but have more than enough to improvise! Also they have sauna and steam room and the sauna is nice, they provide you with a bucket of water and it gets hot! Otherwise it’s overall a nice hotel I always see different events going on while I’m entering and exiting walking to and from the gym. Looks like they have a buffet on a daily basis!

The hotel staff is absolutely remarkable! The level of service is superb from everyone. The hotel is understandably old but hopefully the management touches up the little things (e.g. pool railings are rusty, the filter guards are broken) -- minor things, but should elevate the hotel. Le Meridien Dubai lives up to its name and standards!

We had a great stay overall at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel, despite a few challenges during check-in. The initial experience didn’t quite reflect the level I’d normally expect from a Marriott property, particularly from some team members at that moment. That said, I’m genuinely grateful to Arslan at the front desk on the day of check-in and to the Duty Manager, Mohamed Razvi (on Day 3 of the stay) as well as Keko at the BonVoy desk, who both stepped in and really helped save the day. Their professionalism and willingness to resolve things made a noticeable difference. Beyond that first hurdle, the overall experience was very positive. The hotel staff are attentive and caring, and service across the property felt warm and consistent. Food options were another highlight — both room service and the on-site restaurants offer good variety and quality, making it easy to dine in without feeling limited. One thing I particularly loved was the room setup. Having ground-level rooms surrounded by greenery is something you simply can’t find everywhere in Dubai, and it adds a calm, almost resort-like feel to the stay. While I usually lean towards Marriott properties around the Palm or Marina, this hotel is also strategically located and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it, especially for those looking for a more relaxed, green setting without compromising on service or dining options.

I stayed here for a layover and had an amazing experience. Most of the restaurants are open late and they have a good mix of restaurants. It is next to the airport so it is perfect for a break from airports. The room is nice and big and the slippers are amazing. The checkin and smooth and attendant was very kind and gave great recommendation. We dined at the Chinese restaurant and the hostess was such a sweet hearted and gave excellent recommendation on food. This is definitely a comeback and stay

Had a short stay at the Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre but was very happy with the hotel overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the facilities were excellent. The location is also very convenient, especially if you're travelling through Dubai. I would definitely stay again in the future. One thing to be aware of though is the mini bar pricing. Drinks from the mini bar are extremely expensive — around £5 for a bottle of water or a can of soda — while the shop inside the same hotel sells the exact same items for much cheaper. Worth knowing before you grab anything from the room mini bar.

Its location is unbeatable—just five minutes from the airport—yet the property feels calm and resort-like, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Valet parking adds an extra layer of convenience, and the wide variety of on-site restaurants offers something for every taste, all at a consistently high standard. A reliable, polished hotel that combines efficiency, comfort, and excellent service.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel. I do not recommend it. The staff was not welcoming at all. No one helped with our luggage or showed us to our room, which was located quite far away (about a 5-minute walk). It was difficult even to get a simple greeting from some staff members. The noise starts as early as 6:00 AM, making it impossible to get proper rest. I had specifically requested a room with two beds but was initially given a room with only one bed. To be fair, they did change the room after I complained. The room itself was not properly cleaned: the fridge was full of crumbs, there were hairs all over the dressing area, and the shower dripped throughout the night. There was also a strong smell of damp cigarette smoke throughout the room. Finally, the breakfast was very limited, with little variety and not what you would expect from a 5-star property. Overall, we left the hotel feeling even more tired than when we arrived due to the constant noise in the hallways and the lack of comfort. Very disappointing experience.

We would like to thank this lovely lady, Ristin, who is serving in Gourmandise . She was very professional, polite, patient, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her pleasant personality and positive attitude truly made our experience more enjoyable. She is a wonderful asset.

I am very disappointed. It used to be my favorite hotel. But now no. It’s ok for staff when at night guests’ children run and scream in corridors. I had to ask them not to be loud cos at this time people are going to sleep. At the same time staff was ok with that. In the morning (while there is nobody in lobby) I wanted to take pics of my dolls (I am a doll artist) and manager said that I can’t do it! By the way I even don’t have professional camera and I tried to take pics in places without people because I am respectful to other people and their personal place! I am very sad with it. I never got reprimands before in other hotels for the same case. I am very disappointed with that it’s ok here to be disrespectful to other people’s night sleep and rest and at the same time to see that being respectful person who just want to make beautiful things isn’t a good case here. No photos will be included in my review. BTW: it was non commercial photography!

Honestly quite disappointed in today, having loved the meridian and lived here for 18 years- first time experiencing service like this. We arrived with two confirmed bookings, one for breakfast and another at Fish. As we pulled up, the valet initially engaged with us normally and was about to take the car. While we were unloading beach items, he abruptly stopped, got out of the vehicle, and changed his approach entirely, stating that we needed to be hotel guests in order to use valet services. This directly contradicted what had just been communicated moments earlier. He then brought over another staff member, who did not assist or attempt to resolve the situation. At this point, I was left unloading with a toddler while heavily pregnant, despite the hotel being completely empty, with no cars waiting behind or in front of us. I requested to speak with a manager, as the situation felt unnecessary and poorly handled. Unfortunately, the response from the manager was no different. There was no attempt to assist, no flexibility, and no acknowledgement of the circumstances. Having visited your property for over 18 years, I have never experienced this level of inconsistency or lack of service. What was particularly concerning is that the tone and approach appeared to shift the moment I mentioned holding Privilege status. This was a very simple situation that could have been handled with basic courtesy and discretion. Instead, it was made unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable.

my disappointment regarding the poor service we experienced at the swimming pool today. Firstly, the pool was overcrowded and not properly managed. In addition, there were no towels available, and despite waiting for more than two hours, no towels were provided to us. What made the situation worse was the behavior of the supervisor named Lahier or near When I raised the issue with him, he was rude and unhelpful. His response was simply that he is the person in charge and there was nothing he could do about it, which was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and the necessary action will be taken to improve both the service quality and staff behavior.
