I had a great experience at Meroe Bed Shop in Dubai. They offer a complete bedroom solution — beds, mattresses, and bed linen all in one place. I purchased everything for my bedroom from them, including the Quatro Comfort mattress with adjustable hardness, and I am very satisfied. The comfort level is excellent and being able to adjust the firmness makes a big difference. The staff was helpful and professional, and the overall quality of the products exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a complete and comfortable bedroom setup.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I wanted to purchase mattresses for five beds and clearly mentioned that I was ready to pay an advance. Since all my beds are custom-made, I requested that someone visit for proper measurements to ensure a perfect fit. However, I received a blunt response stating that they would not come for measurements unless I also purchased the beds from them. This was quite surprising and unprofessional. My beds are custom-made from high-quality teak wood, which is significantly more expensive than the beds sold at this store. I simply needed mattresses and did not require new beds. It is unreasonable to expect customers to purchase additional products they do not need just to receive basic service. Overall, very poor customer service and an inflexible approach toward genuine buyers. Reply to your note: I urge you to check your cctv footage and see how well your team explained me. They were even reluctant to speak and their tone was harsh and rude and it was very clearly said that no home visit for measurement will be done. I left coz its not necessary to argue with someone who has preset mindset of not working at all.

I am really pleased with the bed head wall I purchased from Meroe. They were professional and fast, and the quality is exceptional. Highly recommend.
