Metro Shoes

We visited Metro Shoes, Indiranagar last Sunday evening. The store has a good collection of footwear from brands like Metro (Private Label), Crocs, and Skechers, along with accessories. The staff were polite and courteous, making the shopping experience pleasant. While Metro was once known as a budget-friendly shoe store, it no longer feels the same in terms of pricing. Still, a good place to explore quality footwear in Indiranagar.

I had a great experience at the Metro Shoes store in Indiranagar. The customer service was excellent—Sabir, the salesman, was extremely helpful and patient in assisting me with my choices. Aqib Zumer, the Assistant Manager, was equally courteous and made sure everything went smoothly. Both of them went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable shopping experience. Highly recommend visiting this store for quality shoes and top-notch service!

Good service with a lot of discounts, I got a one pair of shoes billed and got 4 others product as free which are of good brand! Will definitely visit again!

The warmth at Metro Shoes,Indiranagar is what that brings me back to them for more than the last 2 decades. Myself being a Septuagenarian, I really appreciate the time and effort taken by Rashid Hussain to enable me to make the right choice to purchase my Florsheim shoes. Waseem Akram, the stores manager got 2 more shoes from their godown so that I could get my correct fit . Thank you Team and Eid Mubarak 🙏.

These guys are not passing the GST benefit to the customer. To make the cost same, they are adding foot spray on their own and telling that we are giving it free of cost.

Mr iqbal sold foot spray forecefully as they don't give a printed bill, only a link is Sent which needs to be opened via otp. I told him clearly instructed don't need later he said it's part of my sandals as promotion they are giving it. But it's added in bill ,unethical practise. Cost of my sandals is 1502 but paid 1651 which is a unnecessary purchase had they given a printed receipt I would have confronted upfront. I had seen Similar kind of experiences shared as reviews in commercial branch hence went to indranagar Seems all these "iqbals" are well trained to cheat customers. Wonder what Ethics the owner has.

I had a great experience shopping at Metro Shoes, thanks to the wonderful help of the store assistant- Sabir! They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive—helping me find the perfect pair of shoes without ever feeling rushed or pressured. They listened carefully to what I needed and even recommended options I hadn’t considered, which turned out to be perfect. Great customer service really makes a difference, and this assistant went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The staff is extremely rude and obnoxious. T The shoe collection is terrible and does not long last. I have stopped buying from metro and this particular outlet staff were the worst I have encountered.

Somehow I think the sales personnel in Metro do a great job of customer service. Went there after a disappointing visit to Hush Puppies store and Woodlands, where the team seemed least bothered to sell. In Metro the experience was different. Shabbir (hope I have not misspelt the name) was trying to understand my need and was bringing shoes to try and giving inputs.

I was wanting to go to Woodlands, to buy a pair of sandals, but thought I'd check out Metro on my way. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. They had a fair bit of footwear to choose from, but what was even more surprising was that I could not find a single pair of footwear which was of bad build quality!!! I went hunting for one in the store, to prove me wrong!! Of course, they had a few poorly designed footwear, but that comes down to a personal choice of how footwear should look and feel. So absolutely no complaints on this front. The store as such had a very welcoming interior. Very well-lit and spacious. They had the right amount of mirrors kept around the store and these mirrors wouldn't come in your way or steal for attention. You just seem to spot it straight when you looking for one. The display racks were easy to access and were not overpacked with footwear. The floor staff were really good too. I noticed they attended to their customers with a very pleasant smiling face. The one attending me came across as being reasonably knowledgeable and wasn't trying to upsell anything. I would highly recommend this Metro store. I believe Woodlands as a brand is dead with the poor quality products. I'm now sold to Metro, after 25 years of being a Woodland fan. The sandals I bought were just INR 2085, and it's super comfy!!

Had a wonderful experience with Metro shoes Indiranagar store .. I had an emergency so purchased the shoes thru video call and got them delivered thru porter! The sales person was super helpful!
