سلام من مدت ۴روز دراین هتل اقامت داشتم بسیار تمیزومرتب بود مدیر هتل اقای serob بسیار مودب و محترم بودند صبحانه عالی نبود ولی خوب بود پرسنل مهربان و اموزش دیده بودند

هتل نزدیک سفارت امریکا هست،برخورد پرسنل نسبتا خوبه،صبحانه خوبه،استخر تسبتا خوبه ولی محوطه استخر سرد بود،اتاقهایی که از ایران رزرو‌میشه ،ویو نداره،یکی از خانمهای رسپشن،در مورد کارهای سفارت،دوستانه به ما کمک کردن

هتل خوبی بود فروشگاه بزرگی نزدیک هتل هست که برای خرید نصبت به بقیه فروشگاها ارزونتره کارخونه کنیاک سازی هم بقلشه با خیابان جمهوری پیاده ۱۵ دقیقه راه داره استخرش خوب بود ولی سناش کلا خاموشه اطاقها هرروز مرتب میشن صبحانه خوب برنج تو وعده هاش داره من کلا راضی بودم

خیلی هتل آشغال و پرسنل بی ادب ..ی لیوان شکست ۷۰۰ هزار جریمه گرفتند .فارسی ک نمیدونن .انگلیسی که هیچی ..فقط ارمنی

هتل خوبیه. برخورد پرسنل محترمانه بود. صبحانه خوب بود. در حد چهار ستاره هتل قابل قبولیه.

Metropol Hotel in Yerevan truly feels like a 5-star stay. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully decorated, and feel luxurious. I especially loved the decor—it really gives a high-end, elegant vibe. The sauna was an amazing bonus. Highly recommend.

Mi dispiace dover dire che apparte un paio dello staff della reception regna l'inprofessionalità. Al ristorante non ci abbiamo messo piedi, abbiamo pagato una cena inclusa anche del contorno che non ci hanno portato perché 'finito'. Lo abbiamo scoperto solo a piatto consegnato, nessun suggerimento di sostituirlo con altro e ci hanno detto pure di pagare subito perché 'il suo turno alle 22 era finito'. Riferito alla reception il ragazzo ha detto che solo il manager poteva risolvere... Ma il manager non era presente o il ragazzo non si è segnato di fare il minimo sforzo richiesto a chi si occupa di hospitality. Le camere economy avevano l'indispensabile ma molto datate. Il resto del personale non rispondeva nemmeno al buongiorno. Pessimo

The staff at reception were exceptional - so helpful and professional! They went above and beyond by surprising my friend with a complimentary bottle of wine for her birthday. Really appreciated these thoughtful touches. The location couldn't be better, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Отель неплохой. Построен в 2001 году, с элементами "совка" что очень чувствуется особенно в номерах и коридорах. Одеяло с заплатками, ковролин с пятнами... Очень доволен коллективом - вежливый и всегда были рады помочь.

A wonderful, quiet hotel with an excellent breakfast. Cons: you can hear everything in the room, and the bed linens are a bit outdated.

Ottima struttura dove soggiornare a Yerevan. Camere spaziose e ben pulite. Bella la piscina e anche la sauna, anche se la temperatura dell' acqua era un po' bassa per il mio gradimento. Unica pecca che trovo e che le stanze (o almeno la nostra) non erano ben insonorizzate e di mattina si sentivano molto forti i bambini che giocavano nell' cortile della scuola situata dietro l'hotel. Over all un ottima scelta. Ci tornerei molto volentieri

I stayed at this hotel from 25 -29 September. While the hotel is fine, the staff is not courteous, quite unhelpful and at times rude. It's the staff that makes a hotel good or bad. Quite disappointed with the staff behavior.

Well, the place is pretty good but don't expect an equivalent of a European 4 star one. Beside that the staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and you feel secure. I think the only downside is the noise level coming from the highway just next to the hotel, if your room is that side of course

Was a fair hotel, rooms a bit small, they don’t provide new towels daily, only one time during the stay, location is perfect but staff needs more touristic experience and Armenia as general still not that good in dealing with tourists

Reasonably priced with pool and sauna included. A few hundred meters from republic square. Enjoyed my stay here. Receptionists and cleaning staffs are polite. It was hard though with the staff in the pool as she doesn't speak english but she was alright. 😆 The bed was comfortable. Recommended!

Pokud hledáte v oblasti vynikající poměr cena výkon, neuděláte chybu. Tímto hotelem začíná centrum města. Skvělé snídaně, ochotný personál, dobré pokoje.

I seriously doubt this hotel deserves a 4-star rating. When I entered the room, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. After I complained, they changed my room. In the new room, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly, the shower was broken, and the bathtub drained very slowly. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, and I had to request it to receive one. Also, the drinking water was only complimentary once — a note on the table said that any additional bottles would be charged. My room reservation did not include breakfast, and I was aware that I had to pay $16 for it. However, when I entered the dining area, I found that almost all the food — sausages, cold cuts, and cooked dishes — contained pork. The coffee machine wasn’t working properly and only dispensed either hot water or warm milk. When I complained about having to pay $16 for such a breakfast and asked why there were only pork sausages, the restaurant manager responded dismissively and said that since most people in Armenia eat pork, they serve only pork sausages one day and only beef sausages the next. I find this kind of planning very disappointing, and I’m equally disappointed with the management of this hotel. In my opinion, it deserves no more than 3 stars. I don't recommend.
