Linesh provided excellent service. Even though it was extremely busy on Friday, he handled everything without showing any sign of tiredness and continued to deliver outstanding service to all guests, including us. He spoke to us about many things, including the races, the golf course, the tennis academy, the hotel renovation, and the various new changes happening at Myedan Hotel. He explained everything with great enthusiasm and professionalism. His positive energy and dedication truly impressed us. Because of his detailed explanation and warm approach, we now have a strong desire to come back and stay at this hotel. My family, friends, and I will definitely visit one day and stay here. Keep up the great work, Linesh!

My recent stay at the Meydan was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were all extremely accommodating and efficient with a smile on each of their faces. My breakfast every morning was an outstanding spread and fast service for continental breakfast. The staff at the Farriers restaurant including the host, Shamil and Ajay greeted me every morning and never failed to disappoint. My room was always neat and tidy with fresh sheets, special thanks for Arman. Overall I had a very relaxed and well organised stay, I will with 100% certainty be returning again and recommending to friends and family.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The swimming pool was excellent — very clean, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing. What truly made the experience special was the pool staff. Sagarg, Kasun, and Abduhlg were absolutely amazing: friendly, professional, attentive, and always smiling. They made sure guests felt comfortable and taken care of at all times. Their positive attitude and great service really added value to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who enjoys a great pool experience with outstanding staff.

Very happy about my stay! The hotel refurbishment was managed really well, the result is very nice! Special thanks to Su (waitress at the breakfast restaurant) for her outstanding and excellent service, she truly deserves to be promoted ; I have rarely experienced such amazing service (she is proactive, has very good attention to detail and a professional approach). Special thanks as well to Youssef from the reception for his warm welcome, smooth check in and great assistance throughout our stay ; he made our experience even better. The Meydan Hotel was a perfect stay as always, and they continue to make everyone feel incredibly welcome from the moment they arrive. I want to give a special shout-out and a huge thank you to the exceptional reception staff—specifically Abla, Daira, Rojena, Naw, Hamza, and Yousif—who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. They completely surprised me with a room upgrade, which I really appreciate and value so much. It is exactly this kind of world-class hospitality that keeps me coming back, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Cansio at Meydan hotel in Dubai was exceptional. We had our kid’s birthday party while staying at the venue. The room was in a mess at midnight. Cansio was like a genie in a bottle. He got things spic and span in minutes and with a smile. The service mindset was commendable from our goan friend. This is what stars do. He put a smile on my family’s face. Kudos Cansio. Do well mate.

There is something so special about the energy here. My room offered a stunning, cinematic view of the racetrack and skyline that I couldn't stop staring at. It was the perfect, spacious retreat to recharge in. From the incredible flavors at dinner to the genuine kindness of the staff, every moment felt intentional. The hotel strikes that impossible balance of being peaceful yet full of life. It’s a distinctive, beautiful place that leaves you feeling relaxed and completely inspired. I honestly didn't want to leave.

Stayed at The Meydan Hotel for one night. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is in a convenient location with good facilities. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

I would rate this review with 3 stars? Because unfortunately I go through the same service experience specially during morning shift. They always provide the same “late services” where you have to wait for 30+ minutes just to get an iron machine, or requesting to bring your car from valet service. During my checkout I had to carry my own luggages to the lobby then to my car. True that the hotel was renovated and management got changed, but still the same issue of late service is there. I made a complain through the phone call but unfortunately no action was taken. I wish they can fix this issue so we can have a better experience.

السلام عليكم أنا سكنت في فندق الميدان تجربه اكثر من سيئه الغرفه مانمت حاره المكيفات نارررر هو بدال الواحد ماينام يستمتع جا الموظف الغرفه حاره بدال ماننام جا العامل يصلح التكيف يوم ثاني جات موظفه تونسيه اسمها عبله قالت بعوضك صح الغرفه حاررره مررره راح يتم التعويض بالنهايه بنفس الوقت قالت لا بخليك بغرفه اكبر تدفعي نفس السعر يعني مو كافي حراره الغرفه لا نمنا ولا شي شي يقهر ولا تعويض بعدها ارسلوا أميل راح نخصم ٨٠ ان الكتاب ماخذينه من الغرفه كتاب ايش ناخذه يعني معامله سيئه الموظفين ضايعين مش عارفين يتعاملون مع الزبون آخر مره اسكن في هذا العوايل نجمه حرام عليه

I recently visited the Meydan Hotel for a client show-around, as the client was considering setting up a business license with Meydan Free Zone and wanted to see the office space beforehand. The drive to the Meydan area was smooth with very light traffic, and the surroundings felt calm and less crowded compared to other parts of Dubai. The Meydan Free Zone office is directly connected to the Meydan Hotel, which makes it convenient for business-related visits. However, it appears that the hotel itself is not fully operational at the moment, aside from hosting the free zone offices and possibly a few other functions. One standout feature of the property is the incredible view. The entire office and hotel side facing the racecourse has floor-to-ceiling glass windows, offering a unique and unobstructed view of the Meydan Racecourse. I can imagine how spectacular it must be during the racing season, especially since these rooms are usually reserved for higher authorities and the Ruler. The overall setup gives a very luxurious and premium feel, even though the building is not yet fully functioning as a traditional hotel. Overall, the Meydan Hotel offers a grand and impressive setting, especially for anyone dealing with Meydan Free Zone. The views alone make the visit memorable, and once fully functional, it has the potential to offer a truly exceptional hospitality experience.

I was very upset from Hamza the customer service. I would like to raise a concern regarding my check-in experience. At the time of check-in, the employee Hamza did not inform me that my booking included breakfast, nor did he provide any guidance or information about the hotel facilities or services. It felt as though I had to discover everything on my own. Throughout the day, I felt hot despite the AC indicator showing that it was running. I was unable to sleep at night, and at around 12:00 AM I discovered that the air conditioner was not working. A technician came to check and first confirmed that the balcony door was closed. I informed him that I was already aware of that and asked what the actual issue was. After checking, he discovered that the AC sensor was missing entirely. Even I was late in the morning because I didn’t sleep well due to the AC.

I am writing about our experience attending Azizi’s Ramadan Suhoor at Meydan Hotel. We were invited to a complimentary Ramadan dinner by Azizi as we had purchased one of their projects This event was poorly managed from the start. We were promised a dinner at 9pm sharp. But when we got there they started selling us properties!! We were told to to wait until 10:30pm for the dinner. After more delays they opened the buffet at 11pm and boom all the food vanished within 15 mins. There was not enough food to go round for the number of guests they had invited. And the worst part is we stood in line with hundreds other guests only to turn away with an empty stomach half an hour later. I feel bad for the people who were waiting behind us. They did not even find it necessary to inform the guests who were patiently waiting in line that the food was over, let alone apologize for the inconvenience and offer to correct the mistake (remember, lots of people had come with their families expecting a dinner). I could have enjoyed a cozy movie night with my kids, but because of Azizi’s and this hotel’s sheer incompetence we left with an empty stomach and a wasted night Frankly this puts a very bad look on the hotel. At any event the most important thing is level of service and communicating to guests when there are delays or unexpected issues like the food running out. Meydan Hotel failed to follow this common decency

I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate one of Meydan team members. I’ve worked in the hotel industry, including in Australia, and I can honestly say I haven’t come across someone with such a positive attitude such as Linesh. He consistently worked with a smile, treat every guest with care, and ensure everyone leaves happy. His professionalism and dedication truly stand out. I thought it was important to share this feedback, as he is a great asset to the team

The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with modern conveniences. The hotel's location is also ideal, providing easy access to local attractions. Excellent time at the Meyden Racecourse. The food and drinks were excellent and the service was first class. Would definitely come again. Special mentions to Jims, who looked after us all night.

Worst customer service for a hotel! The rooms got renovated which is good however there is no desk anymore and photos not showing they have been removed (i come here to work only) They could not find solution for me and they insisted in charging 1 night...only proposal was to go to the suite and paying 2000aed extra...this should have been offered complementary knowing this is my 4th stay here and alway booking for 4 nights!! Wasted all my day on this while I came to concentrate and work!

Mydan Hotel is very spacious with a really good ambiance. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. I had a pleasant experience.
