OnePlus service is not good. They only provide our mobile if you give a 5-star rating. Otherwise, they won't give our mobile. They define the service experience, not you. It took them 35 days to replace the screen. Worst experience.

Please don't visit the Mi Service Center in Eluru. The service was poor, and the manager was unhelpful. After the service, my laptop became too slow. The staff was rude and unresponsive. I wasted both money and time. I strongly as don't visit this Mi Service Center in Eluru. This is my honest review after experiencing many issues after service my laptop.

Last 10 years onwards i was using only MI mobiles but here in eluru mi service center they are not even taking responsible for mobile, moreover they are saying to go neaar but cell repair shop not repair, then y this mi service center, worst staff and i think they are inefficient

Service quality should be better n team behaviour is not good especially manager is waste n immature fellow..at Eluru branch.he is talking like a local vendor with no valid points n not in constructive way. not a client friendly
