One of the best service center in Tumkur, all types issues resolves very quickly and effectively also repair cost reasonable and transparent.staff communication with customers also good.

Worst experience...staff not responding correctly...call not responding...in time not given phones ...change staffs

Worst experience they took 2 months to return the given phone for service that too I am asking them return it without any service since they scammed by telling it water inside soo they are not giving warranty for water but it doesn't effected by water, since they are returned my phone they are telling like technical person was not leave come tomorrow again go ther for after two days they saying the same reason. worst...........

Best experience...i have a poco X3 pro with warranty (only 14 days left)..after updating MIUI 13 ..It show sometime auto start problem in landscape mode .. after software update in service centre it not solve....they told motherboard problem... instead of motherboard change they replaced a new phone( Redmi note 10 pro) behalf of poco X3 pro ...✌️👌👌👌 And behaviour of staff are very good even I don't know kanada ...they gave service in Hindi ..for my comfortable zone 😍♥️♥️❤️❣️

Worest experience worest staff i never expected such service from MI,India My Poco f1 phone display was broken I have given to replace nd I have paid the full amount 5830/- they took 30min to replace the display and on spot I've checked the display the display full of scratches again on spot I've informed the same they've replaced the old display Nd they were ready to refund 500/- I was not agreed and asked to replace the new one agin they've replaced the new display again I have checked it properly and I thought everything will be ok but it was not... The screen was bleeding and vibrator was not working again I went back to the mi service center the response was not so good the staff was not responding properly I got angry and screamed on them ltr thy've appolized and took 2days time to reply still the vibrator is not working still they r asking time to fix the issue worst worst experience. If they r not ready to repair it properly why they telling it is authorized center it's shame on MI brand pathetic experience.... They took almost 15days to fix the display and vibrator issue still it s same which is not expected from MI pls don't repeat these kind of services to anyone v have very good opinion on MI but it's spoiling from these kind of lazy and irresponsible tumkur mi service center people

Single star also not given for this service center, but what I can do here "0" star is not shown All workers are don't have a commonsense how to speak with a customer, this is shame for this service centre "manager", and who is the owner of this shop( this was a not service centre, this is a like "bazaar"), and who is "trainer" for these people also don't know Worst experience world is facing a "covid" ,but here none of workers are not wear the mask Finally shame for all and who is the cluster service manager(CSM) and field service manager(FSM) also

Worst service they damange working parts in your mobile and charge extra for it

mi service is good but sometimes this too rush but now we need to book appointments.... but this not for some people, because some customers will come from some remote area, this will effect on them since make alternative path for them. nice service center.
