At the time of sales, they are given good response and service. After purchased, responsibility and service is very bad. We purchased 32 inch TV on 13.10.2023 evening. They told tomorrow installation will be done. But no one came for installation. We called MI STORE also but they are not attending our call. Atlast they told to open by yourself and take video and send sir. Very bad experience after purchase product.
