Got my phone's display replaced here recently and I'm really happy with the service . The staff was friendly and polite.The repair was done within given time,and the new screen looks and works perfectly.Good experience overall. Definitely recommend this place. The location is exactly the same as shown on google maps, so it was easy to find.

I went to him with Redmi note 13 pro, he broke my sim tree, then said it is not white colour, then come in 2-3 days, then said to call after 1 week, I will tell you, wait and when did he say no Now neither are you receiving calls nor replying to messages.

Bahut hi ghatiya ya ghatiya se upper jo service hoti hai na bo hai inki service 5 min ka bol ke 1.00 ghante bithaya bas charger change karne ke liye bhai yha mat aana koi bhi bekar mai time kharab hoga aapka staff behaviour very bad

I think this is worst Mi service centre here Don't come here bcoz they will delay or postponed & give excuses. And main thing no facilities here for customer in waiting here like. Fans or AC would be off. I wouldn't recommend Don't go there. 1⭐ for staff service 1⭐ for Mi service centre China ki company hai #expected

I am giving it 1 star just because I can't give it zero or negative. Worst service I have ever had from a service provider, my Xiaomi RedMi earbuds were not working properly but were in perfect physical condition (as i ordered them a month ago)(yes that's how Xiaomi products are), they took my buds and promised to call in 1 or 2 days, 5 days later when I was worried about no contact with the service centre (as they were not even picking up the contact they provided let alone giving me a call to give status update), when I reached there after travelling 40mins, all they have to say about not picking up the phone is : "Go and file a complaint", and about my earbuds?? they didn't have the stocks yet after 5 days, NO PROGRESS, so I asked them to give it back so that I could go to some other actually helpfull service centre, but ohh!! my earbuds are damaged now🙂 , and their completely unprofessional staff had to say they "don't know anything about it". Although the manager was not so much of a fool, but the other staff members that handle customers are clowns 🤡. Never come here i repeat NEVER
