Useless service center. They took my mobile to fix the volume buttons and, at the time of submission, asked for my phone password. When I questioned why it was needed just to check the buttons, the front desk staff told me that if I didn't provide the password, they would not accept my phone for service. To avoid further arguments, I gave them the password. They asked me to come back in two hours, saying the phone would be ready. After 2.5 hours, they told me they needed another 30 minutes. When I returned after 45 minutes, the engineer said they were still working on the volume button and asked for another 30 minutes. I agreed and came back after an hour, only to be told that they were unable to fix the volume key. What a useless service center! If they cannot fix a simple volume button after making customers wait for hours, what kind of service can they provide for major issues? The staff also failed to communicate properly and kept giving different timelines. I would not recommend visiting this service center if you value your time and energy.
