Useless service center. They took my mobile to fix the volume buttons and, at the time of submission, asked for my phone password. When I questioned why it was needed just to check the buttons, the front desk staff told me that if I didn't provide the password, they would not accept my phone for service. To avoid further arguments, I gave them the password. They asked me to come back in two hours, saying the phone would be ready. After 2.5 hours, they told me they needed another 30 minutes. When I returned after 45 minutes, the engineer said they were still working on the volume button and asked for another 30 minutes. I agreed and came back after an hour, only to be told that they were unable to fix the volume key. What a useless service center! If they cannot fix a simple volume button after making customers wait for hours, what kind of service can they provide for major issues? The staff also failed to communicate properly and kept giving different timelines. I would not recommend visiting this service center if you value your time and energy.

The service center completed the repair earlier than the time they initially promised. They had given me an estimate of 4–5 days because the required parts were not available and were expected to arrive within that time. However, I explained my urgency to them, and they understood my situation very well. They managed to repair my device and return it to me in just 1.5 days. All the staff here are extremely sweet, polite, and very understanding. Thank you to each and every member of your staff. 🙏✨

Very bad and rude behaviour. He was shouting to me (customer) like I am his servant. I will not recommend anyone to go there. Very pathetic service in my life, if available I would have given -10 rating here. Service center are to give service not to show attitude. Why is he even doing a job there if he can’t attend calls and talk properly with people. I cant stop writing bad about it but this was the summary. If anyone want to go then please make sure to tell him to talk with respect and provide service for which they are working there.

Worst experience every never come here for reparing 😡 Reason 1 - Mere phone main mother board main problem aa raha tha asa in hone bole or other mobile center walo ne bole 2- Sirf software marke de dediye or problem bhi solve nahi kiye he 3 -software ke bad bhi or zada problem ane lage 😡 4 - mother board bhi change nahi karke de rahe he I don't know 🤬🤬 5 - staff bhi bohot zada rud he sab ke sab 6 - not a single problem bhi thik nahi karke diye he inhone 🤬 7 - 5 min ke kaam ke liye 2 hr wait karwa te he Problem malum hone ke baad bhi solve nahi karke dete he kam se kam 2 se 3 chakar kaat na padta he 🤬🤬😠 Over all never purchase redmi phone and never come here for solving the problem Very bad experience for the life 🤬 Pure ke pure 10000 ke phone ki waat laga diye mere 🤦🤬🤬

My Redmi Pad 2 has been stuck here for more than a week just for a motherboard replacement . They explicitly convinced me to get a 2-year warranty by promising that the issue would be fixed quickly. The service is heavily delayed, and the staff provides no clear timeline. Total lack of communication and professionalism. Save your time and avoid this center!

Mere mobile ka battery change karna tha unhone change kiya lekin jo batery dala wo use kiya hua tha maine batery helath dekha to uska 25 percent hi tha maine bola naya batery lagaya to health uska 100 percent dikhana chahiye na to unke pass koi answer nahi tha. Maine bola mujhe mera pahle wala battery det o nahi chahiye. Phir un logo ne jan boojhkar 4 se 5 hours bitha ke rakha. Pahle to ye google map link dala h wo search krke gaya to wo kahi aur hi ka address diya un logo ne. Call kiya to correct address bataya.. Worst experience.. Koi mat jana yaha pe

खूपच घाणेरडी सर्व्हिस आणि उद्धट स्टाफ. नवीन मोबाईल असूनही ५ वेळा सॉफ्टवेअर मारून दिले, पण प्रॉब्लेम काही सॉल्व्ह झाला नाही. ५ दिवस मानसिक त्रास दिला आणि आता मदरबोर्ड बदलायला सांगतायत. ग्राहकांशी कसं बोलावं याचं यांना भान नाही. खूप वाईट अनुभव!"

Title: Extremely Disappointed - Repair was faulty and incomplete. Reasons: I brought my new Redmi Pad 2 to SK Telecare in Kalyan because it had dead pixels on the screen. To their credit, they acknowledged it was a manufacturing defect and covered under warranty. That is the only positive part of this experience. First, I had to wait 3 working days for the part to arrive. After finally getting the call and picking up my tablet, I got home and inspected the new screen. I was horrified to find that the new display is loose at the bottom. You can press it and feel it move. They fixed one problem (the dead pixels) only to create a brand new, serious one. This is an unacceptable, faulty repair. The workmanship is terrible, and the quality control is non-existent. Now I have a device with a faulty seal, and I'm worried about dust or moisture getting inside. When I approached them for further repair they diagonsed the tablet as 'NTF' (No Trouble Found) in job sheet, I was ignorant at that time from that short form of 'No Trouble Found' and signed the document, they committed a fraud with me and refused to repair their own created fault, it is unacceptable. I wasted all that time waiting, I have completely lost trust in this service center. Avoid if you can, if you want your device to get perfectly repaired, visit nearby mi service centre, Ambernath service centre for example, they are way better than this fraud service centre.

Hello, With due respect this was the worst experience in this service center. I have charging issue in my motorola phone i have given all the problems in written to them - 1- Charging issue 2- Voice not coming via speaker or microphone 3- Battery drain issue Out of these problems they have not fixed the single one Rather when they give my phone back then thers one extra issue occurred that is sim slot issue. In my first sim slot no sim were detected anymore i have asked them to check then they said you have to update sim card which is not logical answer because my both sim's were visible in slot 2 So now i have only one sim activated. When i have asked on reception about this issue then they said we have not opened your phone then what they checked?? As they taken 250rs checking charges on what basis? I was there in the service center from 11 Am till 3 Pm Still they are not managed to even check my phone and took checking charges. Also the receptionist dont have manners to talk with customer's. Very rude and worst behaviour with customers. This was the worst experience i have ever had in any service centre. Thanks

VERY PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR BY STAFF AND PROBELM SOLVING, MY REDMI 5C BUDS GOT DEFECTIVE AFTER 7 MONTHS OF PURCHASE AND THEY TOOK ABOUT 30 MIN TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND REPLACED THEM SO QUICKLY. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THIS THANK YOU SO MUCH

They are running own business behind it. They told me if I repair there it'll cost me 8-9k or I can repair it in only 2k if I gave them mobile personally. The worst center I've gone to check for💯

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience at the Kalyan Service Center for my earbuds, which are still under warranty. I visited the service center to address a battery drainage issue with the left earbud. The team at the center kept my earbuds for about 1.5 hours, but when I asked about the tests performed, they showed me screenshots indicating that the earbuds were only checked for about 5–10 minutes. When I questioned the engineer about how the earbuds were tested and what parameters were checked, I received no clear answers. They simply used the earbuds for a short while and concluded that there was no issue. To demonstrate the problem, I showed them that both earbuds were at 100% charge when I took them out of the case. After just 3–4 minutes of minimal use, the left earbud dropped to 95%, while the right earbud remained at 100%. Even then, they refused to acknowledge the issue. At my request, we put both earbuds back in the case for about 10 minutes, but the left earbud still stayed at 95%, proving it was not charging properly. Despite this clear evidence, the staff made me wait for another 30 minutes, after which two other employees came out only to repeat that there was no issue — without even listening to my explanation properly. They walked away without addressing my concerns. To make matters worse, when customer care called me later, they simply asked me to contact the service center again and hand over my phone to the staff so they could speak directly — instead of taking the initiative to resolve the issue themselves. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. My issue remains unresolved despite being clearly demonstrated in front of the service center staff. The lack of proper inspection, unwillingness to listen, and unhelpful attitude reflect very poorly on your after-sales service. I request that you look into this matter seriously and provide me with a proper resolution for my left earbud’s battery drainage issue at the earliest, without any further runaround. Looking forward to a prompt response and an actual solution.

This was an independent Mi service center in the past but is not anymore. They are serving multiple brands under one roof now because of which it gets busy quite easily. The staff & technicians don't seem very professional but are courteous enough to understand customer queries and problems. It's disappointing to see Mi downgrading their standards on after sales services.

the worst service ever.they don't respect user.and doesn't even co-operate, staff is worst...for 2 minutes of checking they let customer sit 2hr . also even if there is problem they say product is like that only..i had earphone of nothing same issue with it.my laptop of asus had issue and they directly said there's issue in motherboard and has to change it ... and when i visited another service centre in thane they said there's problem only with software and solved it immediately...worst service centre ever
