Großer, stark frequentierter Flughafen mit solider Anbindung an Downtown via Metrorail/Metrobus und reichlich Rideshare-Zonen. Terminals teils moderner, teils in die Jahre gekommen; Wege können lang sein, Beschilderung aber ordentlich. Security variiert je nach Uhrzeit – früh morgens und am späten Nachmittag meist am vollsten. Lounge- und Food-Auswahl gut, von schnellen Snacks bis sit-down; Preise typisch US-Airport. WLAN stabil, viele Ladepunkte, saubere Restrooms je nach Bereich unterschiedlich. Kofferausgabe meist zügig, Immigration kann dauern, Personal überwiegend hilfsbereit. Tipp: genug Pufferzeit einplanen und Terminal-Zuordnung der Airline vorab checken. Insgesamt funktional, nicht immer charmant, aber zuverlässig.

Miami International Airport was one of the good airports I liked in the old days. However, it is time to update the supporting equipment in the airport. The airport has no water refilling nozzle for water bottles. It has a few drinking water fountains, but more than half of them are broken. It is very hard or impossible to fill the water bottles. No USB ports or AC outlets are near all the chairs at the gates. It has a few AC outlets in one small area at the gates. I saw many people had to find outlets and sit down on the floor. The Miami International Airport may have been very nice in the past but it is not very convenient to meet what tourists need today!

Miami International Airport offers a wide range of food and shopping options, which makes long layovers manageable and gives travelers plenty of choices. That said, the overall experience could use an upgrade. The terminals felt very busy and somewhat disorganized, and cleanliness could be improved in several areas. Despite the crowds and clutter, staff were generally accommodating, and the variety of amenities helps offset some of the congestion.

The airport layout at this airport is a little confusing for rookies like me, and the signage could have been clearer. Still, most of the people I interacted with were nice and helpful. There was a good variety of dining and shopping options to check out while we waited for our flight.

Mi reseña es para la línea aérea de AVIANCA: tome en MÍA el avión de regreso a Bogotá para llegar a Ezeiza Buenos Aires. Al despachar una valija en MÍA, le comenté q tenía una tv y q le pusieran stickers de frágil por todas partes y eso si lo hicieron. Al llegar a Buenos Aires y conectarla en mi casa al día siguiente, tenía golpes en la pantalla, en definitiva todo roto, cuando pedimos encarecidamente que fueran cuidadosos! Jamás lo hicieron, golpeada por todas partes dentro de la valija, una vergüenza de línea aérea. Aparte de asientos incómodos q NO se pueden reclinar, viaje largo y solo te dan agua, café y un sandwich de cortesía. Te obligan a dejar las maletas de cabina para despachar, justificando que el vuelo va lleno y es todo mentira. Habían asientos vacíos y mucho espacio en la parte de arriba para dejar las maletas de mano. No entendí nunca a qué apuntaban. Ni hablar que no hay pantallas de entretenimiento de a bordo, te hacen conectar desde tu celu, no te dan auriculares ni mantas. Todo lo tenes q pagar aparte. Por un poco más de plata la próxima vez opto por una línea q sea seria y no está!!

Аэропорт очень большой, один из главных хабов сша, и мало что не предусмотрено для удобства пассажиров. Нас сегодня эвакуировали по тревоге и перенесли рейс на завтра, но коротать ночь здесь вообще неудобно. По сравнению с аэропортом Стамбула или Парижа, например, в аэропорту Маями нет удобных зон для отдыха, минимальный выбор кафе и ресторанов, фонтанчики с водой только возле выходов на посадку. Ну и в общем и целом очень старый и несовременный дизайн (но это не главное, но к слову). Поезд из аэропорта до аренды авто удобный и часто ходит.

Ich war mehrfach am Miami International Airport und insgesamt sehr positiv überrascht. Selbst während des früheren Shutdowns liefen Immigration und Check-in unglaublich flott und organisiert ab – kaum Wartezeiten, klare Ausschilderung und sehr effiziente Abläufe. Der Flughafen ist groß und teilweise weitläufig, aber wenn man im richtigen Terminalbereich bleibt, sind die Wege gut machbar. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind die Sauberkeit, die gepflegten Sanitärbereiche und die insgesamt gute Organisation. Etwas ungewöhnlich sind die Öffnungszeiten der Shops und Restaurants: Trotz eines internationalen Flughafens, der 24/7 in Betrieb ist, schließen viele Lokale bereits am frühen Abend, und manche Shops haben nur an bestimmten Tagen geöffnet. Trotzdem findet man immer etwas zu essen oder zu trinken. Insgesamt ein sehr sauberer, moderner und gut organisierter Flughafen – von mir gibt es klare fünf Sterne.

I feel as though if I were to attach pictures people would think the airport deserves a 2 star review. Giving 3, feeling generous. Did I have to go down an external ramp outside like in the 50’s, or LGB airport, yes. Was their inside ceiling tiles falling down on the way to baggage claim, again, yes. It’s a very crowded airport with average to bad signage and a baggage claim that constantly errors out or alarms. Plus you have to walk a mile to find the correct baggage claim. I did see a sandwich place that seemed like pretty good food in the baggage claim area, so kudos for that! Here’s the thing…is a 3 star review going to prevent you from flying here? Of course not. Just have low expectations on your experience and you’re golden. Revision…found some pics i’m attaching.

Easy to navigate Airport with several lounges available. Several restaurants are available. This Airport also has electronic wheelchairs that are self driven. There are many retail shops. There is a waiting area outside of the airport for a ride. Share for Uber and Lyft.

Miami International Airport (MIA) is massive and can be quite overwhelming. My biggest piece of advice: make sure you know exactly where you are going and which door you need before you start moving, as the walks between gates are not short. The amenities are very hit-or-miss depending on which terminal you are departing from; some sections are modern and well-equipped, while others feel "under-functioning" with very few food or shop options. On the plus side, the airport is very bilingual—most staff speak both English and Spanish, which is helpful. Overall, give yourself ample time to navigate this layout so you aren't rushing!

Miami International Airport is huge. It is made for fearless travelers. It is not for the timid. Its massive size and congested layout can be daunting. Luckily it is easy to find your numbered terminals and gates. I did not drive myself to the airport. That in itself is a maze with many entrances, exits and car parks. American Airlines has its own area which is kinda perfect, lol. Inside the airport, there are many choices of food shops, drink stops, restaurants, shopping zones etc You can be thoroughly entertained especially if you have long layovers 😁 There's plenty seating. The chairs are not comfortable for naps. I have seen people asleep on the carpeted floors awaiting their flights. The air trains and moving walkways are a plus. I do love MIA as a transfer point to other countries once I gather my bearings lol

Very nice and beautiful airport with diverse community. Huge airport but need little improvements in term of ease of transport. Too busy for the size of the airport and the people they handle are mostly from South American and so more Spanish speaker and people and customer care is more for them . But overall nice place . Designed nicely but too many people comes around . Nice shops and restaurants to browse around . Beautiful view of the landing and departure of planes with the Miami and biscane bay view which are one of the best in the world

I just love this airport and Miami as a whole. I've visited and passed through this airport for years but this time was a little bit more special. I flew in from upstate and caught my connecting flight to my final vacation destination about a week ago. My connecting gate was D40 and right in the middle wre drums, dancing and fellowship! I made the comment, "This is so Miami!" and happened to be standing next to one of the curators of the event. It was very welcoming and enjoyable to watch! I love it!

I can't say enough about the outstanding service that AA offered myself and my wife. We had a very tight connection and the staff at the Miami airport knew it before we even did. We exited the plane and an outstanding staff member was waiting for us to make sure we would make our connection. She swept us away and got us to our gate with out a hitch. The professionalism and dedication was obvious as to was her associate. I recommend getting the AA Mastercard and using it to the degree to enjoy the perks that comes with it.

One of the worse airports. Very narrow everywhere but nevertheless very crowded too. Baggage claim or the gate areas are not made for the throughput of this airport. The staff was super friendly and the amenities are clean

I spent the day here in the Miami airport. The signage is poor with a sign i ficating to go up and right to my gate. But it turned out the sign meant to go straight and not go up. The sign for checkpoint 1 is about 40 feet from the real check point 1 The signage for gates is good and visible The accessible restrooms offer open door entry and dedicated stall with 2 grab bars and 4ftx 4 ft space. The airport offers a variety of eateries from International Au Bon Pain and local favorites like cafe Vincennes and La Carreta. Eateries and shops are Aceesibke open entry and venues. The floors here are different types of terrazzo like black and white with golden designs. The floors reflect the lights and can cause a visual challenges for some people. Today I was offered a sample of Bombay Sapphire which was my first tasting in an airport Men’s and women’s accessible restrooms are located in several areas with dedicated stalls 2 grab bars and 4ftx4ft space with mostly hands free operation

I love this airport because it offers a great variety of food options😆. The bathrooms are 60% clean. The lines at check point are huge, but they go pretty fast. I also find entertainment watching the constant stream of planes taking off and landing.
