We recently purchased a laptop from Microless and overall had a good experience. Although we encountered some difficulties resolving shipping issues with DHL in Riyadh, the situation was handled very well by Hazar and her team. They provided great effort, consistent follow-up, and strong support until the matter was resolved. We truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to customer service. I initially had a frustrating experience with my order because the item appeared to be out of stock, yet I was sent a different model than the one listed in the description three times in a row. Each time I had to process a return, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. However, after I contacted customer support to understand what was happening, Fadi Nabil reached out to me personally. From that point on, he stayed in touch throughout the entire process and did everything he could to help resolve the issue. He was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely committed to helping. He even explained that it was very difficult to find the exact socket I ordered and that it was unavailable in most places, yet despite the difficulty he still managed to locate it and make it happen. That level of dedication and persistence is rare, and it really shows how seriously he takes his job. He is truly an outstanding employee. The Microless team also apologized for the misunderstanding and explained the situation. I really appreciate that they didn’t ignore the issue and showed that customer satisfaction matters to them. I’d also like to highlight the courier’s work. He had to travel back and forth multiple times to deliver and collect the returns, yet he remained polite, professional, and always notified me in advance to confirm I was available. He handled everything very well.

I emailed support about a custom build that they had advertised on their website. I had questions, and alterations. Sachin, their customer support rep got back to me the same day, we negotiated and I paid with the link. The PC was shipped and ready the next day. I booted it up with no problem. I especially liked that they didn't install any bloatware with windows, and it was very easy to setup. This was a few days ago, and so far there have been no problems.. I checked all of the hardware connections, and the build was done perfectly. I spent a lot of money on this PC and I am satisfied. Thank you!

However, I am writing this follow-up review because the company management, specifically the owner/leadership team, stepped up immediately to resolve the issue. They personally intervened, ensured a technician was sent who fixed all outstanding issues (including the poor installation and missing components), and guaranteed the "plug-and-play" experience I was initially promised. In today's market, many companies offer service, but very few demonstrate true accountability when things go wrong. I have immense respect for company owners who step up to the front line to resolve a customer's problem personally. This level of commitment and leadership holds more value and earns more respect than just providing standard service. Microless management turned a complete disaster into a genuinely positive experience. They proved they care about their reputation and customer satisfaction. I now highly recommend them, knowing that if any issue arises, the management will ensure it is resolved properly.

I bought a PC 2 years ago from microless on the basis they'll repair it if there is any issues and they didn't let me down. I called the hotline and Sachin picked up, was very professional and made sure I was able to bring my pc in same day. Then Nikolay handled the servicing and he Is INCREDIBLE!!! He showed me the issue, explained the process was very kind and professional. He was trying to best to make sure all my requests are met in the best possible way. I'm so glad I bought from microless because all PCs break at some point and this is the customer service I would expect.

I recently bought a Steam Deck OLED from Microless in Dubai, paid cash in their Al Quoz office, but had to rush out of the country unexpectedly and couldn't pick it up. I was worried about what to do, but Zahra from their support team stepped in and made everything smooth. She helped transfer my order to international shipping to Russia, sorted out the address issues (St. Petersburg can be tricky with maps), and got me a quick invoice for just the delivery fee.
