Absolutely loved my experience at this pet grooming and toy shop! 🐾 The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and caring, and they truly treat pets like their own family. The grooming service was top-notch—very hygienic, gentle, and done with great attention to detail. My pet looked clean, fresh, and happy after the session. The toy section is equally amazing! 🧸 There’s a great variety of high-quality toys, suitable for pets of all sizes and ages. The toys are safe, durable, and clearly chosen with pets’ happiness and health in mind.

They also give good discounts and their own Lab - Jenny is super friendly and full of love. They also give home delivery services free of cost. I have visited Grooming Centre on 9.8.2025, I didn’t have an appointment in the morning, but the uncle at the counter kindly helped me arrange one without any hassle. Excellent service! The staff at the grooming centre were very caring and professional. I felt confident leaving my Persian cat in their hands. Wonderful experience with attentive and gentle staff who clearly love animals. My cat looked fantastic after the full grooming. The grooming centre staff showed great patience and dedication. They made sure my Persian cat was comfortable and happy the entire time. Highly recommend for anyone with a Persian breed.

This is my go to place for my fur baby and to be honest I will recommend this place all over again and again because it's most genuine,honest services here they don't recommend anything which is over the board so anyone looking for a good dog grooming centre please do visit.

I would not even give 1 star to them but i have to because without it we cant proceed….. i have taken my pet 4 times to them for full grooming where the 1st service was amazing the 2nd service i had not gone but i send my brother in law for the grooming nor her nails were cut nor her ears was cleen hair cut was uneven and after 7 days i noticed she has got all rashes and skin infection i consulted the doctor the doctor said its cause of the shampoo and hygiene the 3rd time i spoke to the receptionist n i told him to use a medicated shampoo so she dint get any infection but again the same issue her teeth was not cleaned the hair was cut uneven her ears was not cleaned so i told them to make it proper the 4th time i went to them n told them to use the medicated shampoo but i guess they used the normal shampoo and she again got skin infection and also there was as usual uneven hair cut ears not cleaned i told the groomer he started arguing and speaking rudely…. I will never visit this place again and would also suggest others if u want ur pet to be healthy and fit do not go here for any service

Good range of products But very pathetic service and arrogance of staff Been sending my pet since soo much time They have so much attitude & talk like they are doing some extra favour to you & simply baselessly argue inspite charging so much 1800/- For just grooming services… Thankless People Not recommended at all! Services & behaviour are not mighty at all

Had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the world-class customer service at Mighty Furries today. I showed up for a 5:30 PM grooming appointment and was treated to a wonderful display of tardiness and arrogance. Special shoutout to Tanaji Sonawane for his charmingly rude behavior. It’s not every day that you encounter someone so dedicated to talking down to loyal customers with such grace. When I questioned why ₹1200 for a bath seemed a bit steep, I was met with the highly informative response: ‘These are our rates.’ Love the transparency. As someone who spends regularly at this shop for food and treats (which I now regret), I thought they might value my loyalty. Instead, Tanaji kindly reminded me that I am free to take my business elsewhere. What a relief to know they encourage exploring other options! Safe to say, Mighty Furries (which, by the way, is not at all mighty, it seems) has successfully lost a loyal customer today. For anyone looking for great customer service, this is definitely not the place. Unless, of course, you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience. Highly recommend—if you’re into that sort of thing!

We were assisted pretty well into selecting products since we did not have any experience of buying pet products. Also we wanted a Kennel wash which was not available at the store, but they made sure to make it available within 2 days & also got it delivered to our place. Thankyou Story of tails. It was my first visit and trust me it was an amazing experience. The shop has everything what your dogs needs. The groom is very professional and treats dogs very well. Proper hygiene was maintained and very reasonable rates. If you want your dog to be treated like baby then this would be the recommendation.

This is the first shop for pets in Dombivli wherein their pet parent can explore so many products and different brands under one roof . The staff is super friendly and shop gives us a warm ambience . We can take time to check all the ingredients and we can spoil our furry babies with choices.
