We bought a remote control bike for our 2-year-old but didn’t realize the music system wasn’t working. When we called the seller, he told us it would cost an extra ₹370 just to get that feature. Seriously? That should’ve been included or at least mentioned clearly. So we returned the bike. Instead, we bought from U Smile Vastral Store — everything works perfectly, it came with more warranty, and cost us less. Way better deal. We don't trust this seller.

Good and wast variety of toy collections available.

Overall they have a good variety of toys but at the same time some of them are a little bit costly. As many of the toys are available online. I am not saying that prices should be low from online but as they have been in this business for more than 30 years then I am expecting a good competitive price from them. photos are not allowed so have not taken photos.

Very very pricey. Same toys are available very cheap from similar shops or online. Do visit once but don't buy in first instance. Again, too costly. They purposely don't write price on toys so that they can ask price according to customer (first sign of cheating). Or, ask some random price written on boxes. Plus, very bad plastic quality for majority of high price toys. Not good for kids heath as it could be hazardous. Better they sell high quality goods for such high prices. Very disappointed!!!

Toys found out to be pretty costly as compare to same available product in different marketplace.. you should prefer other shops in near by. Based on the purchase value customers should get benefitted for certain amount of discounts which most of the shops nowadays prefer to give.
