I am Palani and represent multiple apartment owners living in Hansa One oh One, located in Nungambakkam, Chennai.
We all have issues, tentatively using the Mikasa doors in rest-rooms for the past 6 months to 1 year, based on our occupancy. There are multiple issues of doors being unable to close and we reported this to our builder, and they are also talking to your office for quite some time now.
In my apartment, we even had mushrooms grow in the panel outside the washroom. Doesn't this directly point to inefficient heat treatment provided to woods. Also, one carpenter who had come last time, chiseled some portion of wood in the bottom of the panel, making unprofessional carvings spoiling the appearance itself.
I do not know what all the circuses have happened in other apartments.
Now, every time we make a complaint through our builder to you, we get 2-3 people visiting twice or thrice to our homes, make photos and videos, audio messages in WA to someone on the other end, and they go, as if they have visited an exhibition. Also, no one visits us immediately once a complaint is raised. For example, we have been waiting almost 15 days now for someone from Mikasa to do the formalities of video shooting in our apartment.
Nothing has materialized so far, and we only keep knocking your doors. Is this the level of service Mikasa provides to its customers?
Can we have someone, who is capable of making rectifications and decisions, visit our premises once and see our plight?
