We recently attended a Henna party in palazzo and the experience was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfectly organized — from the timing of the food and dessert service, to the entrance of the bride and her friends, and even the groom’s family’s entrance for the Henna ceremony. A big part of the event’s success was thanks to SOUKAINA the organizer, who was truly exceptional. She was kind, professional, and paid attention to every little detail to ensure the bride had everything she needed throughout the evening. What impressed me the most was how she noticed that the bride and groom hadn’t eaten yet and made sure they got their meals and drinks so they wouldn’t feel hungry or tired during the celebration. That level of care and awareness is rare and shows her deep experience in event planning. I’ve often seen her working at family weddings, but this time I experienced her work personally, and I can confidently say: she’s amazing and highly recommended. The venue itself was also well-organized and professional — definitely worth checking out for any future events

One of the best wedding restaurants in New York. Valet parking is absolutely free. The lobbies are very spacious. The lighting is beautiful. The service is good. I really liked the soup in the pot. Work on the kitchen just little bit and everything will be fine! My friends' wedding went great!

Nicely detailed Centre hall with laser lights and four projectors. Centre stage is hydraulic operated and looks like the balcony is coming to the middle of floor. High ceiling gives a rich look to the interior,well maintained.Very powerful Air conditioning bring some kind of wrap or cover in case you need to stay longer especially alert for Ladies. As catering is of different vendors the management has No role. Restroom for men seems bit smaller as for the capacity of 800 people. Valet parking available

Beautiful hall with stunning chandeliers. Spacey and can fit a good amount of guests comfortably. Not crowded at all and the dance floor was a large size.

I had a bad experience at this place today. I have been to this place multiple times last year. The old staff was really good. But then the staff now is pretty arrogant and they don't show any kind of respect. I would really appreciate if the management can look into this matter ASAP.

Recently got married on 07/23/22. Masha was amazing on communication up to the wedding day. The venue recently remodeled the floor of the main room, It was a really good decision because the room looks amazing. Would highly recommend booking this venue for any special event the staff are really friendly and they try to accommodate your needs the best way they can. Beautiful place to have any type event there

We attended a wedding at this venue yesterday, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. The organization was zero! Tables were not arranged properly, and most of the waitresses were either missing or standing together chatting, ignoring the guests completely. There was no coordination or attention to service — even the bride didn’t get a glass of water or dinner! The service was extremely slow; food came only after a long wait and several times asking. One of the waitresses spoke to us in a very rude way, as if giving orders — saying things like “don’t ask.” Totally unprofessional behavior. Most of the staff didn’t speak English or Arabic, so communication was only through hand gestures! For a hall of this size, the lack of organization and respect is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience — I would never recommend this place.

Royal Elite Palace in Queens NY its an amazing place to celebrate your event, I had my daughter's quinceañera party on 8-10-18 and the service was great, food was amazing everyone had an amazing time. they went out of their way to make sure everything went perfectly, the Manager was extraordinary helpful and professional, I highly recommend this venue for your special day!

The venue is beautiful! The managers, Adiya and Masha, went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. We were blown away by all the little details they helped us plan out for the day of. It was well worth the money we paid. All our guests enjoyed the wedding and we’ve heard many compliments about the venue and the staff. Great venue for celebrations. The venue is beautiful, it can accommodate very very large parties and with plenty of room on the dance floor. There is Valet Parking as well. The food here is fantastic and the servers are always on point. Never had a bad experience at this venue. Highly recommend. Ask for Sabit!

This event hall is in Queens and we had an event here. The space is ginormous and have these amazing chandeliers! The stair cases are amazing, they re curvy! At one space, in the hall we had the bevarages and food. The staff managed everything pretty well. They even offered us free valet parking. Valet parking! 🅿️ Washrooms were neat and tidy and had a cleaning lady there at all times! The event place is amazing for any event! Do check it out!
